A great value for the money. Very easy to replace my old hose with this new flexible one. No leaks and this one is much longer, better quality and more durable than the original. The longer hose made it possible to hook up to tanks stored in my shed instead of under the grill which it too difficult for me to get to being disabled. Leaks can be deadly when dealing with LPG, so always get a longer hose than you need and keep the tank away from the grill. This setup makes me feel a lot safer when using my grill with the gas far away from the grill. The extra long hose even allows me to connect to my larger tanks off my toy hauler for those times when my small grill tank runs out unexpectedly. Also, trying to unhook the tank under the grill inside the tiny cabinet is such a pain. This longer hose allows you to remove the tank and then disconnect it easily without putting any tension on the connectors under the grill. Even if your hose is not leaking yet, as a retired firefighter, I highly recommend that you get this longer braided hose to replace your existing short cheap ones that usually come with new grills. I wish that manufacturers would stop designing grills with tank storage under it. It's a deadly combination. Looks good until your house burns down. Remember that your grill gets extremely hot and combined with even the smallest leak can be deadly. I have seen the aftermath of both grill and camper fires way too many times. In my opinion, the gas lines in grills are much too short and develop leaks far too often from the stress from tight lines over time. This will prevent that for sure. A leaking old connector is a recipe for disaster. Test your lines with soapy water for leaks every time you refill tank. It might sound like overkill checking so often to you now, but the many fire victims I helped after the fact would not think so. Happy and safe grilling to all.

I’ve had a Weber Genesis grill for over 20 years now, and I’ve maintained it well enough that it still looks and works like new. Living in a rural area, propane has always been our only option, so last summer I converted the grill from natural gas to propane. Recently, that changed. A new community nearby is having natural gas installed, and we were given the option to have a line run to our home — which we gladly accepted. That means I’ll be converting everything back to natural gas, and this hose will be used for my grill setup this coming season. Right out of the package, I was impressed with the overall build quality. The hose feels heavy-duty and well constructed, with a thick outer layer that still remains flexible enough for positioning. The fittings also stand out — they feel solid and well made, which is especially important when dealing with gas connections. The quick connect and disconnect fittings are a great feature. They make setup and removal simple while also providing a secure connection. It’s reassuring knowing the connection is designed to seal properly and prevent leaks. The 12-foot length is also very practical. It gives enough room to position the grill where you want it without being too restrictive. Based on initial impressions, this looks like a very reliable gas line that should hold up well over time. I’m looking forward to putting it to use once everything is converted back to natural gas. When we built our house we had them put a gas line out to the patio so we could eventually build a fire pit and convert our grill to natural gas. This had been a low priority, but when we saw this 15ft heavy duty natural gas hose with the quick connect and disconnect fittings to test and review for the Vine program we decided to get it and move up our natural gas conversion timeline on our project list. Since we have our grill on the deck off the kitchen, we needed the longer length of hose that this GasXpert hose provides. The hose is very heavy duty , yet remains flexible enough to not give us any issues running up to the grill. I really like the quick disconnect that automatically shuts off the gas when we remove the hose so that it is not hanging off the deck when not in use. We quickly disconnect the hose and leave it coiled up under the grill between uses. The hose has all the certifications you want for safe outdoor use and doesn’t leave you with concerns for the safety of your home and family. The solid brass connectors are heavy duty and again provide a true sense of security with their anti corrosion protection. Much nicer than several of the hoses we looked at in our market. I am confident it will work just as well for the gas fire pit when we install it in the future. All the boxes are checked with this hose- length, safety, leakproof and easy to install. This GasXPert hose is a winner in our book!

We are using this for our RV and the little fire pit that we use when we go camping. We have not had a chance to actually go out using this yet as we have not gone camping yet but from what we've had in the past, I can tell you that this is much better quality. The length of it is also very useful as it is longer than what we have had before. The hose itself is actually pretty heavy compared to the other ones we've had which is great because you can tell right away that this is a good quality hose. Feels very durable. Unravels easily but doesn't get tangled. My husband did hook it up briefly just to test it and he didn't feel like there was any leakage of any sort using his tester. The attachments and the hose itself were a great fit. Very easy to install. We can't wait to take this out on the road with us. Super happy with it. Definitely just having it in our hands we can tell right away that it's better quality than the others we've used.

This gas hose is perfectly compatible for running my natural gas generator straight off the meter. The fittings connected easily and sealed up tight with no leaks, which is obviously the most important part. The quick connect/disconnect setup makes it really convenient to hook up and take down when needed. The hose itself feels heavy duty and well made, not cheap or flimsy. It’s flexible enough to work with but still sturdy, and the length is great for giving you some room between the generator and the gas source. For the price, it’s a great value. The build quality is solid, the fit is right, and it does exactly what it’s supposed to do with zero issues. Definitely a good option if you’re setting up a natural gas or propane connection.

I appreciate fine quality when I see it, and this hose is a great example! This 12' ft. gas hose is the ticket for anything needing a gas connection outdoors. After opening the package, the first thing I noticed was the quality of the fittings. When using gas, 98% of all leaks are in the fittings. Using cheap fittings is a real no-no when working with gas, whether it be LP, or Natural. Both will kill a person by inhalation or by explosion if not secured properly. These fittings are of very high quality, as is the hose. I should also mention, when disconnecting the hose for whatever reason, these quick-disconnect fittings stop the gas immediately from leaking out. Speaking of the hose, it's super duty. It's got a nice thick wall of spiraled metal, coated in a flexible rubber-like material, and when combined, makes a movable and flexible gas line. Perfect for moving a grill or a generator around. This is a 5 star product! It's long enough for most applications, durable, and the price is right. Thanks for reading my review.

Overall Exceptionally well built and just the right thing for a propane to natural gas grill conversion. has all the certification marks needed. Threads First, I love that every exposed external thread ("male") is covered with a protective cap or sleeve to prevent damage. Sure sure, all black gas pipe comes with it ... right? Well, usually. But brass is softer than steel and protection is a must. The threads are cut well and clean without burrs nor defects. Tubing Very heavy stuff. My dad worked for a regional gas tubing manufacturer for a time and would tell me developments in the trade and innovations. While this tubing isn't "revolutionary", it's absolutely well-built. The external protective rubberized coating is pretty thick. The gas line remains surprisingly flexible for its weight and cladding. Quick disconnect the included disconnect fitting is similarly hefty, and should survive even the "oops" knocks and hits that it really should have to suffer. But, that's the life of an outdoor gas line, right?
