First package was missing the two brass fittings. Of the dozens of Amazon orders we've received over the years, this was the first we had an issue with. Simply filled out the necessary info on Amazon's site, 5 minutes tops, then received email with shipping code. Went to local UPS store, handed them the hose and they scanned code on my phone screen, no cost to me. Easy peasy lemon squeezy. Received second package the next day, complete with all the parts as described. That's customer service. Thanks!

Overall it's a good buy. I do have one slight issue though. I'm 6'1" 240 pound guy and it took everything I had to push the male quick connect end into the female coupler end, I'm talking I thought I could possibly end up breaking the meter off of the supply line coming up from the ground... Yes I was pushing it into the coupler that hard, and yes I was holding the female end in the release position although I did try it both ways ultimately I had to hold it in the release position to get the male end to go in all the where the coupler would lock. I get that it needs to have a good seal, but that was a little bit ridiculous. I'll just throw it out there too; that I've owned quick connect gas hoses in the past and don't remember them being anywhere near this difficult to connect.

Size: 24 FT 3/8" Natural Gas Hose
The item shipped exactly as pictured and described. The coupling snaps on and off the gas valve from the house very easily. I had to install a new gas valve near the garage and patio for the hose. I am DIY very capable and this wasn't hard for me. Anyone that is unsure about gas lines should hire someone to be safe. I removed the short hose from my BBQ that went to the propane tank, and attached the new hose, fittings matched. I tested it, and the gas supply had plenty of supply to make a good flame. It did take a minute for the gas to purge the air out of the hose and be able to ignite. When disconnected, I roll up the hose under the BBQ where the tank used to sit, haha!

Size: 24 FT 3/8" Natural Gas Hose
This 24 foot hose with quick connect was the perfect length to allow me to connect my Weber grill to my quick connect adapter. I can now connect to the gas connection on my porch and keep the grill outside for frying or prolonged grilling. Quality was excellent. ½ inch diameter allowed for enough flow to both grill on the grill, and fry on the side burner.
