1 of the greatest upgrades you can do to your motorized bicycle is a larger Petro tank! Most kits come with a meazly 2ltr tank. This tank, FYI, mounts with brackets and differently from the stuff mounted fuel storage tanks. Thus allowing you to install a double bracket mount to the tank and then to your frame. The stud mounted tanks can break and this rendering your tank useless or leave you as road kill. I deleted the r and 2nd s in line above. Now I also suggest you use a piece of larger PVC on your frame to further jack up the rear to utilize the full fill of this tank to nearly 1.1 gallons or 4.35 ltrs! ... show more

    • Good tank 2 flaws
It arrived fast with no dents it was missing a few lock washers but no big deal. the gas valve leaked while turning it on but not while in position so good enough for me and the nipple on the shutoff is a bit smaller then the original tank id say it's a 3mm OD instead of the 4-5mm OD. It didn't fit my bike because my bikes shaped like a old school harley its not stright at all 😆 but i made it work. I drilled the holes bigger on the front mount of the tank for longer larger screws and I bent the gas outlet because on my bike it hit the frame and offset the tank i put a good fitting socket over the threads before bending and I got it perfect. I dont recommend you bend that unless you know what you're doing it could brake off. All in all a soiled tank thank you.😊 ... show more

The tank installed very nice and works really well but the petcock outlet broke right off with light pressure

I wish I could give this product one star based on the installation of the screws alone as it was a serious pain in the butt, but the tank is well made and it's nice to have room for more gas.

    • Nice tank but petcock leaked everywhere
This tank came in perfect condition no blemishes or defects nice paint however the petcock is non serviceable and gas poured right out it was completely defective aside from that I would recommend or buy again

I could barely managed to get this one to fit my bike. The included bolts were much too short so I had to use my own ones. Other than that This has the be best quality and and well made gas tank I've ever purchased. As long as you can manage to get tis to fit on your bike this the best one out the for the cost, durability, and quality. Plus it's double in size!! ... show more

Had 1 very small dent when it arrived. I added a couple of bigger dents from mounting it… and dropped from about 1’ off the floor. Easy enough to work it back out to my satisfaction. Fuel filler cap small ears/ tabs that engage the filler neck, slid into the cap when I was trying to install it and remove it. Small yet minorly difficult surgical task to fix it. Fuel shut off valve is not clearly marked “ON/OFF/Reserve”. Only takes a little trial and error to figure it out. Overall, I recommend it.
