This metal storage cabinet works well in my garage and is able to hold a lot of items. It's made of smooth metal that is thin but still fairly strong. It's easy to adjust the height of the shelves, each one has four moveable brackets that attach to the sides. There are four adjustable feet so the cabinet can be stable on uneven ground. The lock is simple to use and comes with two keys. Assembly: I had no major problems during assembly, except that the precut screw holes were a little too small, and the screws would get stuck going in. The holes are probably intentionally small to ensure a tight fit; if they were loose then the cabinet could fall apart. To overcome this, I had to stop using my hand screwdriver and use an electric drill with a screwdriver tip. The extra power from the drill made it much easier to push through the small holes. With the cabinet on it's back, some screws are upside down which was a bit awkward to drill but I was able to do it. And for the top panel of the cabinet, 2 out of 8 screws did not align. The other 6 screws went in and seem to be holding the top panel securely so the two missing screws are not a big deal. There are a couple instances where it's very helpful to have a second person hold a panel in place while you screw it in. I had a minor issue sliding in the final bracket of the lock but I found that it works fine going in the opposite way. And you will probably need a pair of pliers for the very first step of the cabinet. Overall this is a decent storage cabinet and I don't think it was too difficult to assemble. It's also not super easy either, so I would say it's average difficulty.

The way the back attaches didn’t feel very sturdy, unlike the rest of assembly. I’m fairly savvy with assembly and put together a lot of furniture or shelves, but the directions on this one were a little lacking. The illustrations were tiny and fuzzy so it was hard to distinguish which side to use, etc. AFTER assembly, the manual showed a QR code to watch an assembly video 🙃 wish that had been in the beginning haha overall though, solid cabinet especially for the price!

This cabinet came in an 85lb box which included assembly instructions and a thin pair of gloves to prevent injury from the sharp metal. I proceeded with assembly, and aside from one improper call-out in the instructions (I instead of J), it went together okay. Out of the ~24 sheet metal screws, three of them stripped out. My screwdriver was on a very low torque setting, which often wouldn't drive the screw all the way in, so the screw holes weren't stripped by excessive torque, they were stripped because of the poor tolerance of the screw holes and the low quality of the screws. In the end, there were enough redundant screws that the three stripped ones made no difference to the integrity of the cabinet. Leveling the cabinet was a challenge because there wasn't enough range in the leveling feet. My pre-tensioned slab has a slightly higher ground level near the edges. The left-rear foot is all the way in (minimum height), but the right-front foot could not extend far enough to level the cabinet. I put a stack of four US quarters under the right-front foot to level the cabinet before securing it to the wall. Also, the Phillips-like screw slots on top of the leveling feet (accessible via rubber-capped windows on the inside bottom shelf) are awkward. The screw heads look like Phillips, but are actually dual-slotted so you must use a regular screwdriver and fiddle to find the correct alignment, and keep it aligned while turning. a Phillips (or hex, or torx, or almost anything else) screw head would make the leveling task much easier. The main door takes some fiddling to close and lock properly. This is mainly caused by poor tolerances. It's possible to push the door too far in, so the latch misses the hole. It's also possible to flex the door so that the bottom latch misses when the top latch is lined up. The lock works okay, but the (symmetrical) key can be difficult to align so that it goes into the lock.

We are organizing our basement so this isn’t in position yet nor is anything in it. I can say that the assembly wasn’t bad. This is easy to move around. The shelf spacing options are adequate. The metal isn’t perfect but it’s noting too noticeable.

Premium quality metal and easy to build by myself. To make building go faster, use a drill 🧰🪛 It helps a lot. I especially love ❤️ the gunmetal matte black color, and the shelves are very versatile, and easy to adjust at any height you want. The metal material also is premium quality and feels nice to the touch. I give this five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars.
