UPDATE 12/19/2025 : It’s not winter yet and a roof panel collapsed in , all my plants died inside - It DOES NOT retain heat .. I have it insulated with bubble wrap , it’s in full sun & I run a heater as needed & still not holding heat. We had some winds this morning- but not nearly as strong as the nor’easter winds & woke up to a collapsed roof panel. Now I’m not even sure it would hold up to early spring seed starting. Disappointed with this purchase. I should have kept my money & brought my plants inside like I usually do. If you don’t get ANY wind or temps below 50 go for it , but if you do Purchase at your own risk Purchased this to try and overwinter some plants instead of brining inside every fall - and to start seeds in early spring. It was fairly easy to put together, some parts took 2 of us , others I was able to do myself. I have a contractor that is building me a platform in my yard for spring to install the greenhouse there more permanently- from now until then I have it on a corner of my deck. I used the brackets included , attached a flat washer and have it screwed into the deck. It’s a good size, filled it up with a lot of plants - rigged up some shelves to add more. I put artificial turf in it on bottom & decided to put my lawn chair in there as well to sit inside & escape! The weekend after I set it up, we were hit with a nor’easter- A LOT of rain and 40-60 mph winds. I was nervous it wouldn’t stay put and it did. Impressive that no panels blew off & it’s still dry & standing! I only deducted a star because it’s not really retaining the heat- I just added bubble wrap inside along the walls & hope that it will help. Not a deal breaker though , it is well made & a good value.. just not staying warm inside here along the NJ coast. Overall I am very happy with my purchase , I’m hoping it holds up all winter and I can start my seeds outside next spring ... show more

    • Can not withstand a breeze, Panels will blow out and it will only be a frame
I wish there was a way to give zero stars. This greenhouse would only be effective if used inside where there was no wind. Even the smallest breeze blows the panels out and you have to go find them. They are very light weight and don't stay in the grooves with any wind. I have tried extra taping and glue but this green house as it is and even with modifications is a waste of money as it can't seal off or protect anything in it.     • Not as sturdy as I thought
Originally I really was excited about this greenhouse when I was purchasing it. Thepanels don't fit in the right way. I just had one recently break in half due to wind. The gutters don't really do the job. My door has a hard time rolling back and forth. I will be more mindful of my choices.
