Just put this grooming table together today. Parts seem to be good quality, seems very solid, it's got some weight to it and should easily support most large dogs. At its lowest height, it seems to be a bit over a couple of feet from the floor, going to have to find a way to entice my German Shepherd to jump up onto it. The hydraulic pump works flawlessly (note, the instructions concerning installing the pump into the frame are poor and misleading, you'll have to use some common sense to assemble it correctly) My only concern are the overhead bars. For a small dog, they'd be fine, but for a large dog who is nervous and trying to get free, they seem a bit flimsy. My Shepherd will be a good test for it as I'm quite certain he's not going to like it the first few times I put him up there. As for the instructions...no explanation, no writing, just images and they are a bit deceiving regarding the pump. The instructions don't mention you'll need an Allen wrench (6 or 8mm) to put the pump pedal in place and secure it with the two setscrews in the pump actuator arms. The image showing how to put the flange on the top of the pump is not oriented correctly, so I would suggest you skip that step and perform it later when you are shown where to bolt that flange to the table frame, the proper orientation will become clear to you then. The instructions also don't list the tools needed, so I'll provide that for you here. You'll need: 1. Socket wrench with 14 and 17mm sockets. (you'll also need a smaller size socket, I think it was either an 8 or 10mm, can't remember for sure. This socket is for 4 nuts used to secure the base of the pump to the table frame. The nuts are already on the bottom of the pump and will need to be removed prior to using them to secure the pump) 2. 6 or 8 mm Allen wrench (sorry, can't remember what size I used) 3. A socket wrench extension, 3 or 4". 4. Larger sized Phillips's head screwdriver. 5. 14 and 17mm crescent wrench. 6. Small mallet/rubber hammer just in case you need to do a little tapping. 7. Extra set of hands is helpful, but not absolutely necessary. Sorry I can't remember the exact size of the Allen wrench and that smaller size socket, but then again, I'm lucky if I remember yesterday, LOL. This seems to be a decent table, and I feel good in saying I'd recommend it to a friend. Only reason I gave only 4 stars is due to the poor instructions and the questionable sturdiness of the overhead bar assembly.

This whole thing is a huge mess!!! I get the box into the salon and start to open it, the packing material turned into pieces in the box. I vacuum it up so I can take out the pieces. Then I notice one piece is dented, I think okayyyyy I hope it's not all like that! Then it seems every piece I pulled from the box was already messed up and I haven't even put it together yet cause I'm already upset I spent hundreds on something that's messed up before it's even used!!!!
