I adore this spray. It's a light mist that smells wonderful and is refreshing. I use it twice a day as a toner, but I sometimes also randomly spray it on my face when it feels dry. You can pump it or do a longer continuous spray.

I really love this spray! It smells amazing! Its a lovely soft rose and feels wonderful on the skin.💗🌹 I've been using this product for a couple of years ever since I found it at the grocery store. Its no longer available in my store but is here on Amazon. I hate running out as this has become a daily staple for me. I buy in bulk to make sure I have it. I ordered 3 of the 4.4 ounce bottles which lasts a couple months for me. So I was rather surprised when I opened my package and found 15 tiny 1 ounce bottles instead of the regular 4.4 ounce I was expecting. 🤷 I will have to recycle my old bottles and refill them from the little bottles. Its not good for me space wise because I have a tiny bathroom with limited storage. Whatever, Ill make it work. Just weird they did that. Its a fabulous product for every skin type, young or old!

Some of you might've read my headline and said, "well, duh!" but for the rest of y'all that, like me, were looking for a light spray-on toner, this review is for you. I don't have a lot of toner experience. My skin type is dry to oily, especially in the T-zone. I was cystic acne-prone as a teen and dealt with it in a 90's teen way (zit cream, pop it, move on). I'm in my mid 30's now, and aside from the large cystic pimples I'm prone to from time to time from sugar and oily skin, I do alright. Regardless, skincare is a big deal to me now, and after some recommendations and watching several YouTube videos from the guru "Mixed Makeup," I decided to up my skincare routine. Now, from her videos I learned toner isn't a necessary staple in anyone's skincare routine unless you have dry skin. According to her, at most, toner gives you about 6 to 10 additional seconds of moisture before a cream application. If your skin holds up pretty well between the journey of a face wash/ shower and the journey to your makeup bench, then you don't really need toner. For myself, I noticed my skin dried rather quick after washing, to the point where once I applied my moisturizer, I didn't adsorb it as well because my skin had dried. I finally decided not only was a toner worth an investment, but I wanted an added layer of moisturizer under my cream. I used hyaluronic serum in the past and that worked fine, but I wanted something more moisture drenched. FYI, I also learned from watching Mixed Makeup that hyaluronic acid is one of those things we shouldn't really spend more than $10 on at most. Basically, there's no such thing as advanced hyaluronic acid. That's pure marketing, and should you choose to use it, a basic serum is fine. Anyway, the TL;DR version is can be used as a toner, but I don't feel it coats my skin in any sort of fine blanket of quench. It's literally a fine mister, something to make you feel fresh on a warm or hot day. Some of the reviews claim to put this on under their makeup as they feel it's a good toner substitute, but I'm going to disagree with that. I would only suggest this for under-makeup use if you have intensely sensitive skin and suffer adverse effects from regular toners. If that's the case then this spray is worth a try. Otherwise, this is basically a nice novelty rose water mister, as it advertises itself as, and nothing more. I love to indulge myself, and this is quite indulgent as a fine mister, but I don't know if I'll be buying it again. IMO, this is the type of thing I would go to someone who makes makeup by hand for instead.

I purchased this product because I was looking for a more lightly scented spray for moisture and primer. Many of the comments stated the scent was Very mild, so I hoped my husband wouldn't be affected. Sadly, it was so heavy that I reacted badly to it, and the scent lingered! I "returned" it and went back to my original Julep Mist Much which bothers hubby, but is still light and the scent fades quickly.
