  • Great Coming From Fitbit Great Coming From Fitbit
Color: Black
Pros: Way better than the Fitbit Charge series I am used to. Great value. Love that it still looks cool after it dies. I've gotten several compliments on how cool the idea of a hybrid is. Lasts around 5 days were it used to last 7 days. App is great and sleep tracking seems pretty accurate. Cons: In rare occasions, it randomly freezes and I can be seen frantically tapping to watch to see if it will come on. Could be just me, but somehow my watch face has gotten really scratched up from just normal usage. Provided silicon band is starting to break near clip. Late at night, sometimes it thinks that I have already been sleeping for hours, and usually I catch it and tell it to stop recording it as sleep. ... show more

  • Style and Functionality
Color: White
I am thoroughly impressed with my Garmin Vivomove HR Sport. It is perfect for the elegance and functionality I was seeking in a fitness tracker. I chose the rose gold with a white band, as one of my primary criteria was a design that exuded sophistication while maintaining a feminine touch, and the Vivomove HR Sport delivers on that front. It hits all the marks I was looking for in terms of features. From tracking my steps throughout the day to monitoring my heart rate and even keeping tabs on my hydration levels by tracking cups of water, this device offers functions that cater to my needs. And, the battery life pleasantly surprised me, lasting four solid days on a single charge, which exceeded my expectations. However, I encountered a slight hiccup, which may stem from a misinterpretation on my part. Initially, I had hoped this model would seamlessly sync with Garmin IC Connect, but unfortunately, I haven't achieved this functionality. I may be overlooking something in the setup process, but it's a minor setback in an otherwise stellar experience. Overall, I can't help but praise this fitness/health tracker. Its blend of style and substance and impressive features make it a great companion if you are looking to elevate your fitness journey while maintaining a touch of sophistication. ... show more

  • Great Watch, Value for Money; Bad Battery Life Great Watch, Value for Money; Bad Battery Life
Color: Black
Like the title says, at the price level, this watch absolutely gives you the premium features that anyone could ask for from a watch. On top of it all, it's a hybrid smartwatch which looks way better than any digital smartwatch. The only problem is the battery life which is lasting me 3 days at max within 2 weeks of usage. ... show more

  • Great idea - Poor execution!
Color: Black
I ordered the Garmin Vivomove Sport (Black) because I wanted a watch which had a classic look with traditional hands, and 'always on' for timekeeping, yet still had a covert smart display. Unfortunately, I had to return it after just one night. . The hands are very thin and you have to get the light to shine off them at just the right angle even in daylight for viewing. If the hands were just a little wider and maybe colored, they'd be great. However, in dim light, they are invisible. There's no backlight or glow-in-the-dark feature to illuminate the hands. So, you have to rely on the OLED display. . In daylight, I found the AUTO brightness for the display to be less accurate for visibility than always using setting 7. 7 is too bright in the dark. 7 in bright sunlight can still be washed out and you, have to move the watch to get into some shade to see the display to check your heart rate, steps, etc. That said, the watch was usable and looks very classy. I wasn't blown away at this point, but I liked the watch so far, despite the mild disappointment. . In the evening as the light faded, I found the hands very difficult to see. The digital display had to be used for timekeeping. Using the wrist gesture mode, the display comes on every time you look at the watch. You have several choices of display screen content for the display with the wrist gesture. I found it irritating that with that first/main screen showing my chosen clock and stats "watch face", when swiping right for other info, the second screen is also a clock display! More disappointment but still a nice watch! . At bedtime, my phone is set to "Do Not Disturb". My watch will be silent, I thought. Not the case! The watch still vibrated and the display lit up as messages came in to the phone but were simply logged and kept in the background and not visible or heard on the phone. I had to set Do Not Disturb on my watch using the Garmin Connect app so that it is actuated automatically during my sleep hours. During the night, when I wanted to check the time, I double-tapped the watch to wake up the display and was blinded by the ‘7’ brightness setting. I then realized I could not read the tiny display without my glasses!! Even lowering the brightness didn't help. With hands, I can still see the positions and can tell the time without actually seeing clearly. Digital - you actually have to look, register, and process. Analog - you can just glance and process after as your eyes move away from a display. I was now done with this watch and it got returned the next morning. I ordered the Garmin Vivoactive 4S for $30 more, not a hybrid smartwatch but with back illumination and an 'always on' display. . If I had some hand-illumination on the Vivomove Sport, I'd have been happy with the watch. At $173 the price was right. The classy look was just what I wanted. However, if you can only use this with glasses on, it's no use to me. I love the Garmin Connect app and decided to stay with Garmin watches for that reason. . I hope this review helps you with your purchase decision. ... show more

  • Great Customer service
Color: White
While no watch is completely accurate, this one is fairly good. If you have an issue with the band causing rashes or irritation, contact Garmin. They will resolve the issue. They are great to work with and respond quickly. If you need a new charger cord, buy the Garmin one. The cheaper ones will charge, but don't always transfer the data to the app. ... show more

  • LOVE this normal looking smart watch
Color: Black
Huge fan of this watch. It looks like a normal analog watch. I hate the smart watches that are all digital so anyone sitting near you can see your stats if you move your wrist the right way. This one is discreet, it just looks like a normal watch but you're still getting the benefit of all the tracking options, and call notifications. The app has a lot of customization options too. I've been using it for a few months and super happy. My only gripe is that sometimes the screen doesn't register touch- I have to try a few times before it realizes I'm trying to tap it or swipe or anything. It happens randomly, not every day- just once in a while and after a few tries it finally works. Not sure if mine is just a little glitchy or what, but it hasn't bothered me enough to return it or try to to get a replacement or anything. Overall super happy. ... show more

  • It’s….okay.
Color: Black
This fitness tracker is pretty middle of the road. I ordered this after buying my wife the Lily 2, and despite doing plenty of research and fully understanding that this is an older model with less fancy tech, I’m still a little disappointed. For the most part, it is great. It has all the features I want, and none that I don’t. I feel the o2 monitor, heart rate and all that stuff is fairly accurate. I like that you can set up the app to have it give you reminders to move, stretch, etc. however, the body battery function is confusing. It doesn’t matter how well rested I am, or how healthily or funkily I eat, etc, my body battery never goes above about 55 even when I feel full if energy, yet will plummet to single digits while I still feel full of energy? Also, the stress tracker seems confused as well. Mine regularly tells me I need to take a breath and relax, even encourages me to use the watch to do breathing exercises, when I’m literally laying in bed reading a relaxing book. My other big gripe, is one of the coolest features I really wanted to work: the phone finder. Lose your phone? Simply select the option on the watch to make your phone give off a ping to alert you to its location, and the watch will also play “hot/cold” while you try to follow the sounds of your phone. Very cool. However, 9/10 I try to use this feature, the watch tells me I need to reconnect to my phone for the feature to be available. When I finally DO find my phone and open the garmin app, it will show that it’s still connected and all the other features that require connection are working properly. So I’m kind of torn. It’s a cool watch, it looks GREAT, I love that it has both analogue and digital time display, etc though it would be nice to have the option of choosing a different style or theme or font, rather than being stuck with one option. It has some very nice features, however, half of them seem inaccurate or just don’t work. The best way to summarize is that it’s mid. I really wanted the Vivomove Trend but thought I would be able to spend 60% of the price and still get 60% of the watch. I sadly don’t think that’s the case, and wish I would have just scrounged up the extra $100 or so for the Trend. ... show more
