Unit does not power up. Also when I plug charger in it just stays green which ether means charging finished or no connect. But when I turn unit on with charger plugged in it will power up. Took my power supply from my garmin on my boat and it fired right up I do read 13 volts on battery. Thinking has to do with cable possibly. Can you make this right please. Glad I have back up solutions ... show more

    • Box was crushed but we shall see if it effected anything.
Box came crushed on one side but it’s a gift so I won’t know if it effected the sonar.
