One small criticism is that it did not come with nuts and bolts for attaching the base to the universal mount, necessitating a trip to the hardware store. Just had a chance to install this over the weekend, everything went smooth with putting it on and I get “ unsupported transducer“ error. I tried to call the tech-support and waited on hold for 30 minutes on three different occasions. Today is the last day to send it back and Won’t have time to send it back in time.
