    • A great way to mince garlic
I like this product because it makes mincing garlic a lot easier and less smelly. You definitely need to put some force into it so I would not recommend this for the elderly. Cleaning is not very easy. I find using the tip of a steak knife or a toothpick works, but scrubbing or spraying doesn’t.

Best and quickest kitchen device for mincing garlic! Place the clove of the garlic on a flat surface, and simply use the strength of your hand to press down on it. Take a second clove, and place it under the same area on the garlic press used before, and press down again. Then, watch your stack of minced garlic pile up. Simply scoop out the fresh garlic gathered on the inside of the press with a spoon, and add it into your pot or pan. ... show more

This little thing is an absolute marvel. It works quickly and effectively and is super easy to use. I give it a quick scrub with a hard bristle brush before popping it in the dishwasher and it emerges perfectly clean and ready for another use.
