Needed this to rake away the leaves after winter. Worked fine, so long as I was easy with it. But man, they don't make these products like they used. Cheap, cheap, and more cheap. Looks like it will break fairly easily. And the plastic forks that engage the leaves are gonna wear fast on the concrete. Considering the cost of this cheap toy, I don't recommend it, unless like me, it is the least of the evils for the job. UPDATE: I did not solicit or expect in any way a refund. My low level of satisfaction with the product seemed to have inspired them to reach out and correct the issues I had with the product. I really like using this rake espy with the gloves. They are the best because they don’t hold on to the dirt like cloth gloves. It’s like night and day. I have not used the bag. Rake is easy to put together and durable. Very happy with all of the things.

This thing has held up much better than I thought it would when I opened the box. I expected to break off pieces of the rake over time but it’s held strong. My only gripe is that the top handle slides off about every ten minutes of use. Glue should be added from the factory to keep that in place. Quite annoying. ... show more

The rake is good for cleaning up and getting weeds out of the flower beds because you don't have to bend over as much. The bagger is great for picking up large volumes of grass and weeds. I'm very with both items.
