These glasses are glorious! They are also huge in a good way. I included a "regular" pair of glasses in my picture to compare. Because the lenses aren't obviously yellow, they are made for blocking only the most minimal amount of blue light and will probably not block any green light. They are probably inadequate for improving your sleep/circadian rhythm (though I don't own a spectrometer, so I cannot say definitively). However, if you are very sensitive to blue light these may provide some relief and they would be safe to wear while driving since they indicate they also block UV light. Nonetheless, I love the coloration, shape, and size. They fit my head very well and are very comfortable. They definitely make a statement and are easy to distinguish from all my other glasses!

Too hot to handle to cool to hold these blazing green tortoise frames are delightful and bold. The lens and frame area far outsize the eyes and viewing area. The frames are so big in fact that they reflect some of the frame aura in the peripheral vision and cause a slight ghosting effect. I am keen that these are anti-glare lenses but I purchased specifically to go with outfits and attire. Clunky durable designer quality that is budget friendly with style beyond what you're gonna find in most stores. These frames wear super huge and make anyone look like a rockstar! They feel like they are all plastic and have a well balanced weight. I love the look and feel while wearing. These pair well with quirky and colorful clothing.

3.5 stars... wish we had that option. Lol. These are simply put a great statement piece while using a screen! I have a wide face and they fit well and don't look weird... beyond the shape of the frame being quirky. The arms are a little stiff and over time that may lead to headaches. If you have a wider face and tend to need blue light glasses for longer stretches of time; I'm not sure these would be a fit for you. I can only see wearing them for an hour or so at a time because of the arms and no padding on the nose. The blue light blocking is subtle but there. What it boils down to is figuring out what you're buying them for! They are cute and worth it maybe if they still fit your needs despite what I've reviewed.

These blue light glasses are definitely head-turning. The shape is unique and the colors pop! They are very lightweight although they are very oversized. I have a larger face so the oversized glasses fit well for me. They do help to block the blue light that is a problem with all the devices we all use on a daily basis. These are a good pair of glasses to have around and the unique shape and color really make them stand out from the typical blue light glasses.
