So far this garage was easy to install. It only took 2 people and was done with a afternoon. So far it's been steady however we haven't had any extreme weather to test that out yet. I have had 1 of the hooks that clip on to the poles already tear off which I can see why because the hook is not sewn on very securely. I've also saw afrer putting it together that 2 of the windows seems to have water stains on the mesh. Ither than that I love the grey color because it hides the fact that it is plastic. I like that one side has a zipper and the other is rolled up however it is impossible for me to role it up because it is too high up. Maybe if there was a way to have it available to also roll up half way to make it easier because if I want it closed I need another person and I need a ladder but overall it is exactly how it was specified ... show more

    • Great so far, but durability remains to be seen . . .
. . . Arrived in two shipments. Note to self--anything weighing more than 40 lbs. common carriers don't "like." Expect it to be unceremoniously dropped in front of your house from "bed height"--i.e., two to four feet. Shipped in two packages. Heaviest one--containing metal framing components of approximately 100 lbs.--arrived with shipping container visible damaged. Some of the metal framing tubes inside were noticeably deformed, but only at the mating ends. Did not affect assembly. The "tarp" part--the roof and sidewalls--appear to be approximately 4 mils thick. That is, not as sturdy as your standard 6 mil tarp. The main roofing tarp disturbingly had tiny "pin prick" holes of light showing-up through it at time of installation. Remains to be seen if this represents any substantial defect, but did note the day after installation that formation of "dew" or condensation did appear to concentrate around these areas. You definitely need to anchor the posts to your substrate area--ground, concrete or otherwise. The "click and fit" metal framing while easy to assembly, has substantial play or wobble in it. I note some users have used ratchet tie-downs to accommodate for this. If you plan to use this for a semi-permanent installation, suggest securing each "snap and fit" connection with a #10 or #12 self-tapping screw. Otherwise, there is a substantial amount of "wind-wobble" and play. Don't know what the manufacturer has to say about this, but would be interested to hear. All-in-all an "okay" product, but my $400 bucks would have best been spent towards a metal roofing cover. Time will tell. ... show more

Great customer service after the top canopy had ripped a good ten feet from the front towards the back. I bought this in April of 2023 and the rip happened in July 2023. The company replaced the top immediately after I sent pics. The only other thing that has ripped are the little hooks at the bottom of each pole that holds the canopy down. Especially the corner ones. The stitching needs to be beefed up a bit. ... show more

The order arrived in two boxes on two different days. The quality of the materials is excellent and putting it together took some time for two 70+yr. olds. All materials were inventoried prior to beginning the project. The roof was the most challenging; but, doable. We used cement bolts to attach to driveway and were grateful they were included. We have anchored it as best we can to withstand winds and winter weather. The size was perfect for 14’ boat/motor and room for plastic heavy duty totes with extra boat gear. good price . sterdy poles. easy to set up . my opinion in chicago il. snow area you need to take tarp off in winter monthes . no tarp will withstand our snow load. I talked with Andy at this company , he was very very healpfull & truthfull about this product!! I feel that with todays problems with customer support most company's will lie & give you the runaround . This is not true with this company . Andy went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with this product , that the product was good for me . Asked if he could help me in any way possable now & in the future!!! Andy has helped me many times with his truthfull answers . Very sorry to say but not many companys or any business acts like this company does . Great 10 x 20 hut. Very easy to put up and well made. A few hints for easy assembly are, build top and one side, put top cover on as it lays on one side then stand it up. Makes it so much easier to put the top on. Also buy a second set of bungee as the sides leave a 2-4 inch gap at the bottom and with the extra set of bungee to add it brought mine to the floor. It was great at first, then we had a wind storm!! It needs more zippers instead of Velcro!! My husband was happy the structure was made of metal!! My son-in-law has one made of PVC pipes, The metal will last longer & can be made into a more permanent structure if needed later on!! The Velcro held up better than expected!! ... show more
