This gardening tool is amazing! Very sharp. Cleared my garden of weeds in minutes instead of hours. I just wish the handle was longer. Tough on your back and knees. Would be great if you use a rake handle .

I bought this product because they show potential in getting rid of weeds. When it arrived I did not hesitate to try to put it to good use...BUT out of the box there is not handle. You have to buy the handle separately. ALSO the tines are pointy sharp nonetheless pointy and nothing else was sharp. I gave it a try without the handle. It did not do anything to the super heavy weeds I have gotten in my backyard and or front yard. I macgyver'ed up a handle with a spare aluminum bar handle. I also try to sharpen a piece of the bottom blade (you have to disassemble from those 4 screws). Then I gave it a try again. This time on loose soil. It works great with loose dirt, not clunky or chunky dirt... but loose dirt or let just say "non compacted dirt". But, on hard and compacted dirt? Not to great. I bought the one with 6 tines, not heavy but not too light. Buy at your own accord just for your own experiment. But will recommend for raised garden bed or very well loose soil or dirt.

The description says this item is made from manganese steel that makes it strong. But apparently it also makes it rust very easily. That’s really the only problem I have. It works very well. Tings are sharp making raking easy.

It’s not obvious to me how you’re supposed to use this, but everything I’ve tried is totally ineffective. The tines just skip over the weeds. Maybe a different angle between tones and handle would help, but have my doubts. I was able to fashion a handle, but beware - the taper is strange and doesn’t fit anything without a lot of customization.

I absolutely love this weed rake!! It does appear as though it was welded together in someone’s garage but don’t let its looks fool you. I highly recommend this if you are looking to remove weeds. Does great in between plants in the garden that are hard to get with a tiller.

Really good for cutting through dry soil. Used it to replant my garden and even in the places that got packed down and not retilled I was able to go through it pretty easily. Will be useful to go through and get the weeds out of the garden near my vegetable plants that the tiller can't get to.
