I bought this in a size small and it fits perfectly. I'm 5'6" and a size 6. The dress has a good weight, and is not sheer at all. The ruched top gives a lot of leeway to accommodate a variety of bra sizes. Bra straps are covered, so no need for a strapless bra. The overall shape is figure flattering. Personally, I find that the print is a little "ditsy" and unsophisticated, but the price is so good, and the dress is so comfortable, I'm keeping it. I'll wear it with low or tall cowboy boots or a chunky bootie for a contemporary, casual look. Personally, I wouldn't wear it with pumps, sandals, or sleek dressy boots as I think those would look too matronly with this print.

I wore this in size small for maternity photos at 35 weeks. The look of the dress is very cute and it is stretchy and comfortable. The material is thin and synthetic. It's probably better for warmer temperatures. My main issue was that it was a bit clingy from static. Otherwise I loved it. It is wearable for post partum and nursing.

The fabric feels a bit like plastic and it is not very breathable. However, the dress fits well (39 bust, 30 waist, 41 hips) and is flattering. The back does go down a bit lower than I would prefer.

I normally wear a size XL comfortably in most common brands, J. Crew, American Eagle, Madewell, etc. I ordered the XL. Numerically, I am usually a 16 or 18 and I am definitely pear shaped/hourglass with broader shoulders. My bust is 44”, I’m a 38D and my waist is 35.5”. This dress was too small. Because it was smocked, I thought it would be forgiving, but the smocking was like almost all the way stretched out when I put it on. I also found that the elastic holding up the sleeves on my shoulders was too short and so the sleeves kept slipping down. The hips/rest of the dress was loose so no complaint there. The fabric wasn’t too bad or sheer, but the fit was no good. Maybe if you’re a size 14 or smaller, or maybe a 16 with slender shoulders/small bust this can work for you, but it may be borderline. I’ll also say that the stitching on the sleeve seam near the bodice was coming undone the second I took it out of the package, so overall quality seems low for something this price. I like the style and color options, too bad XXL or plus sizes are unavailable.

The dress is extremely lightweight. I wore it to a wedding at a campgrounds and was the personal assistant to the bride. We walked all over outside for photos and the ceremony, and I was never too hot despite the length of the dress and sleeves. The sleeves are elastic, and you have the option to wear them on or off the shoulder, but I suggest using garment tape to keep the sleeves in place if you want them to stay on the shoulder. I had to move my arms quite a bit with holding the train or other items or adjusting things, and the sleeves did not stay up well at all. But, it’s a cute dress, and I will be wearing it again for other events. It would be a cute maternity dress, too, as it’s flowy and has a little stretch. It could even hide a small bump if you want to keep your pregnancy under wraps for a while. The color was true to the pictures, and the size is true-to-size.
