These things work well for what I needed them to do supporting my monster tomato plants after they outgrew their stakes just drill a quarter inch whole and they slide right in. I have Birdies Tall 6-in-1 Raised beds. With 5 rods per arch and 3 arches per bed, I can cover my beds in shade netting to protect transplants from our aggresive sunlight. Just make sure you order enough or else you'll be forced to buy more than you though like I did! I tried 4 rods per arch, but that didn't leave much vertical space for even my squash. I'd definitely use 5 rods and 4 connectors if you are using a similar rasied bed. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. These were simple to assemble. The clips work like magic. I moved all my seedlings into the little hut! This will pack up and store nicely when I'm done for the season. It should deter the Urban deer for a time. I'm so excited! I'll get a bit of a head start and possibly a longer growing period this year.
