DOGS AND CAT FOR SCALE ONLY and as the first thing the seller mentions is that it is NOT for the purpose of a pet cage. This is very small and if I were to purchase this fencing, I would NOT purchase the smaller one. It’s just not big enough for most of the jobs that the seller says it could do. However, I have no doubt the other sizes would be fine. The metal is sturdy and will not bend. The S clips were difficult to get on but I enlisted my husband to help me which seemed easier for him. I was impressed with the stakes as they actually screw on to the fence so this fence isn’t going anywhere once it’s in the ground. I could see using this as purely decorative but spray painted a different color such as white. This might sound strange to people without cats, but this is the perfect size to put around our Christmas tree and is higher than the one we’ve been using every year.

This little fencing set is busy working wonders for us by keeping our puppies safe while giving them an opportunity to be outdoors when the weather is nice! It has provided peace of mind that our puppies won't get loose and squeeze through a gate or anything and disappear. I wanted to love this fencing but I was pretty disappointed instead. A few of the metal pieces on multiple fences were detached upon arrival and one of the metal stakes was bent. I did not like how there isn’t an area on the fence to allow for a slight hammer if needed to help push it into the ground. I felt that the metal was flimsy in a lot of areas and could use quality improvement.

I have ordered quite a number of self-install fences with screw-on legs and this is one of the better fences. Mine are used to keep a 48 lb. puppy from digging up my flower beds and this fence is tall enough to be useful for that purpose. This fence also has stronger metal legs than most of my others and doesn't wobble at the screw connection point, as do most of my other fences of this design. The metal of this fence is on the thin side and there is one picket that was not soldered onto the frame. The problem I have encountered with all the fences with screw on legs is the inconsistency of the metal threading of the screw. This fence is the best of all that I have ordered; all the threading was consistent and all the legs screwed on easily and uniformly. It is now protecting my grapes and jasmine patio border from digger dog.

This was easy to assemble. Just attach the stake ends to the fencing and snap them together with the pieces provided. I wasn't able to put these in to the ground because the dirt is very dry clay material where I want to block my dogs, but this works well how I have it set up.

Someone in my household decided to grow gourds with my zucchini, and containing those crawling vines has been challenging. I ordered this fencing with the hopes of containing (and training) the vines. I wanted something flexible. These fences worked great. The metal is rustproof and strong. The stakes fit inside the dirt without issue, and nothing fell over. I was able to attach the fence pieces together to create a higher fence and begin training the gourds to crawl upwards. So far, the fence is not too heavy with the vines, and the metal is staying strong. I would order again.

I got this because my kid likes to use my work in progress garden bed as a shortcut to our play structure. I needed a deterrent and this works nicely. Installation was easy because you just push them in. I connected a few together (they connect together easily), but decided it was overkill because they stand up so well and because, for the way I’m using it, it’s okay to have small gaps. My favorite thing about it is that it’s totally unobtrusive. Unless you’re right on top of it you can barely see it. So it doesn’t block the view through the garden bed and I can step over it easily. I only needed to create a visual reminder to walk around the plants for this particular bed, but I may get more for the other beds because I think they’re pretty.
