I ordered the 20” and received an 18” chain. I ordered and appeared to receive the correct mm size. Due to the hassle of processing a return I’ll keep the incorrect size. It’s very shiny and sparkles. The clasp is stamped S925 and ITALY making me believe it is Italian sterling silver. It matches the sterling silver pendant I bought it for quite nicely.
