We got these garden fence panels to close off an opening in our yard, mainly to keep the kids safe and contained while they play. The panels are strong and stable. They also look good. Really impressed with how easy this fence was to put up—no digging required. It feels solid and does a great job keeping pets in and critters out. The included gloves and hammer were a nice bonus. Looks great in the yard too!

I like that this is as tall as it is. The stakes are 8 inches taller than the fence which helps make the fence sturdier. The wire itself is not very heavy, but it should stay in place once the stakes are driven in. The stakes have a flat piece of metal on one end. If you’re going to use this as a fence, the flat top will make it easy to hammer into the ground. It comes with a mallet and I can’t speak to how sturdy it is because I set this up as a pen. If you’re going to use it as a pen, having the flat ends on the ground will keep it standing upright. It comes with plastic ties and says the reusable. However, they are not the same type of ties that are shown in the description and these are not reusable. You can see in my pictures that I use carabiners to help close the gate. If you don’t expect anything to be pushing Against the gate, you probably don’t need to secure it. It does have a latch in the middle of it and that might be enough. He comes with a pair of gloves, but I didn’t use them. I wish I had them on when I took the pen out of the box because I got a small metal splinter in my hand, but once out of the box, I didn’t need the gloves. It comes with an extra stake also. I think this is a good fence if you don’t have a large dog that will jump on it. I world not get it to use as a pen because it would be easy to push around. Not the easiest to set up.. the size is okay but you need about 5 orders just to really block anything. Not worth the price.
