I tried the web chat and also called customer service for Garvee. The phone call resulted in nothing, and the website chat got me a nonsensical AI blurb that never answered my request which was: Assembly instruction 8 says to put on washers and secure wheel with 03R-pin. I don't know how to do that. Pin fell out and washer fell off. Please explain and show a picture how to secure the wheel with the pin (which is all bent up now). After thanking me profusely for my patience, instead of sending me a picture, they asked for a picture from me. I sent and reminded them of my request for instructions and a picture. Here is the answer I got: As the product is working as expected, we do not have additional troubleshooting suggestions or further actions to recommend at this time. This ridiculous back and forth took 3 days, because their customer service only does one email a day, I guess. I'm pretty sure a human never read my request. Update: I'm changing my review score from a 1 to a 4. The cart works well and is a time saver, and I'm glad I have it. Customer Service seems to be trying to improve and has contacted me several times. It's just that you have to pass through all the AI-like generated apologies and sympathies to see if there is any answer or if they understood the question.
