Although my wife had to return the paddle she bought due to the weight being too heavy for her, the company Racquet Central was very accommodating and provided a prompt full refund even though she tried to paddle. She was aware from a friend of how well the paddle played. Had it been lighter like her friend's, she would have definitely kept it. She said, it's a great paddle otherwise if 8.3 oz is not too heavy for you. She will definitely buy from them again if the need arises. Really recommend this vendor of Amazon.
