I purchased this keyboard back in January this year and was loving it. I don't use it for any gaming, just everyday typing. High quality with some weight to it. Keys that are easy to read and the back lighting helps if I'm doing anything during the evening. I did run into a problem with a couple of days ago. For some reason some of the keys stopped working. I tried unplugging it, tried a different port but no help. I messaged the seller with the problem and hardly any wait time for a reply back. They asked for my mailing address so they could send me a replacement. Honestly, I wasn't expecting that sort of reply. The replacement arrived today and I'm typing away on it now. For the quality of the product and the exceptional customer service I would highly recommend and buy from this seller again.

This is a well made keyboard. I love that it is a metal frame and doesn’t slide around as much as other keyboards. Typing is smooth and lights are nice and bright. My only complaint is after two months the letters are rubbing off already.

Initially I loved this keyboard, but after 8 months the keys stopped working shortly before christmas. I posted about my experience thinking i was going to need to find a replacement product, and disappointed with that as the large keys and the solid sturdy base have been the best keyboard I have had in years. I was surprised though! the seller proactively reached out to me to remind me that the keyboard does come with a 18 month warranty, and they promptly sent out a replacement that even arrived in time for chirstmas. This company stands behind their product and their warranty! I recommend them to anyone in the market for a keyboard, and will be sure to tell that to anyone that is looking for one.

edit, recently gave this product 3 stars as the letters wore off. I was contacted by the seller and was offered a replacement or a refund. They upgraded the product so the issue would not occur in the future and sent me a new one. Fabulous customer service. Would definitely recommend this seller. 1st review: Love the keyboard, the colors and the feel. However, I have barely had it 3 months and the keys are already worn.

I purchased three of this keyboard for use on my computers and I love everything about it except that the letters of several of the keys are worn off on one of them after about 3 months of usage. Update: Support contacted me and offered to replace this keyboard. They said that they have a new version of this keyboard that has a coating on it that prevents the letters from rubbing off. I received the new keyboard, and hopefully this one will now work well! I asked about the other two keyboards of this model that I purchased at the same time (have not had as much use, the letters are not wearing off yet). They responded that these have an 18 month warranty and that they would replace these if the letters started wearing off. Update: I found the keyboard completely unresponsive today. When I connect it, all the lights come up solid, but do not get a response from any of the keys. I'm looking for a option to contact support, but am not seeing it on Amazon. Stuck with an unusable keyboard. :( Update: support replaced with a new keyboard. It worked for awhile, but then the keys became unresponsive. When I connect it all the lights come on and say on solid and won't change. Completely unresponsive. Again, stuck with an unusable keyboard. Hopefully the 18 month warranty will be honored.

It is basically everything i was looking for in a keyboard for the price of it. I hate those mechanical loud clickity clackety keyboards, and this, even though has the look of one, surely is not loud and is very easy and soft to the touch. I love the fact that you can dim the lights, turn them off or leave it in breathe mode. However, one major disappointment, right off the bat the very same day i bought it was that i hooked it up to my usb hub on my laptop to start working and after just a few minutes of use, it simply stopped responding. And I was like WTF? so i unplugged/plugged it back and it continued working normally again. Just as i had read in a few reviews, that it gets stuck and stops responding unless you unplug/plug it. And it happen just once in the 2 weeks I've had it. It's happened a few times. It was a let down. But, overlooking that it is a great keyboard, and perhaps it just needs an upgrade to the usb connector or firmware. So, other than the unresponsive (not often) issue, it's a great keyboard. Ohhh, and what would really make it better would be if you can choose the color you would like it to stay in. I'd like to give it a 3.5 out of 5. ****UPDATE**** so i wrote this review and didn't think that Acebaff would reach out to compensate for the inconvenience of the faulty device received, and well, you just gotta love the level of customer satisfaction that they have, which is really good. It shows they really care about their customers and product as well. So they decided to send me a replacement, haven't received it yet, but i will update once i test the replacement. Final update: Received replacement and this one broke down even faster. Do not buy! And don't let them convince you of updating your review to something beneficial for them just coz they're replacing it. The replacement will not work either!

I love the metal strength and rigidity that this keyboard possesses. Many keyboards I have tried were plastic and were weak and flimsy, the metal backing on this is lightweight, rigid, easy to pick up and maneuver. I like to sit back in my chair with the keyboard on my lap and it is absolutely perfect. It has the right weight, strength, and the keys are as good or better than high dollar gaming keyboards I have purchased. This keyboard is one of my favorite tech purchases I have ever made online. Great value for the price. I have paid much more and was very dissatisfied with others. This is a winner and keeper for me!
