Excuse the Amazon envelope filled with trash in the picture! I really love this desk. I have limited space where I placed it, so I'm pretty satisfied with what I received--especially considering how inexpensive this desk was (only $98). I modified mine a bit. I put a backing between the two metal bars (the one that supports the shelf and the one that holds the headphones hook) and installed Govee panel lights instead of the lights that come with the desk (which I threw away--they're probably stuffed in the aforementioned bag). This desk is very sturdy, easy to assemble, and a good height for an average sized individual. I comfortably fit a 27" monitor on top of the desk. You could go bigger, but you don't necessarily want to go much bigger (in terms of a monitor), as the shelf would probably get in the way a bit. If you are looking to conserve space, this is a great option, and I would recommend it because it's inexpensive and sturdy. Just pay attention to the directions when installing the legs. I did exactly what a woman in another review did and installed some of the legs backwards--which meant I couldn't initially install the drawer correctly. It was a five minute fix, but a mistake I made nonetheless. ... show more

I got this desk for my boyfriend’s gaming setup and overall it’s really nice. It looks exactly like the pictures and has plenty of space for his monitor and accessories. Assembly wasn’t too bad, but it did take a little time and patience. Some of the pieces were a bit confusing at first, but we figured it out. Once it’s put together though, it feels sturdy and doesn’t wobble. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I wish the surface was just a little wider, but it still gets the job done. I bought this desk because of the other reviews and I needed something smaller since my room all together is pretty small. The quality is really good for what you’re paying which is a bonus! I put this together by myself and as a girl who’s never built anything before it was really easy and the instructions were easy to read and follow, it took me about 30-40 minutes to build on my own since I took my time with it. Excellent desk for the price point. The quality is what you would expect for the price. It has held up well after three months of use by a teenager. The desk is not wobbly, but sits well. Assembly was very easy and could be completed easily by one person. The size is perfect for small dorms or smaller rooms. We had no difficulties with the predrilled holes. Spare pieces were provided for the hardware, which is always a nice bonus.
