I put it together myself, if I can put this chair together then anyone can! love the leg support and the lower back massager and the high back so my head is cushioned too. So, I write and illustrate for a living. And I have chronic health conditions like EDS, a bad spine, arthritis, fibro, and more. (My body is a dumpster fire at the back of a Waffle House!) I was using an OLD office chair with a memory foam seat. I was having radiating pain and bruising on the insides of my ankles (from consistent light strain/sprains from how I had to sit). Seeing that I'm in my chair most of the day, a new chair was a must. Figured a gaming chair would be a good option to try. My Size: 300lb / 6' tall Materials: The material, stitching, and components were all far better quality than I'd anticipated for the price. The casters aren't the best looking, but I was sitting on worse. *shrug* Packaging: Arrived in great condition, nothing broken, well packaged, and all components well labeled in a blister pack. Assembly: My hands are my livelihood and are really affected by my spicy disaster health. So easy assembly is a bonus. Overall, easier to put together than some Ikea furniture. I had trouble pushing the casters into the base (but hey! Snug fit!), and tightening the screws with the Allen wrench (anticipated). The one part that was annoying was trying to put the footrest on correctly as the directions were printed dark. Fit: Definitely wide enough for MY 6' @$$! The armrests are a tad low, low enough to almost be pointless. They do shift with the chair as it reclines so that's nice. Not really planning to use the footrest so not bothering to try it. The rubby-rubby lumbar pillow is fine and actually makes me correct my posture. It'll be nice when I have a bad flare day and could use the massage function. Seat is comfortable and I'm hopeful I won't need to add the memory foam seat any time soon. Overall: Far better than I anticipated and in my favorite colors! (It's always easy to find pink, but no teal/aqua so I'm super happy about that!) Fingers crossed for longevity! ... show more

Love the color trim. Azure. Use this for general household mobility. With degenerative arthritis, I injured right foot ankle & knee in accident. Mobility with walker and canes became very difficult. I used rolling office chairs since first job in 1968. They increase work productivity and general work speed in a well designed work space. But.. the castors were terrible. Poor rotation, the wheels cut lines in our sheet vinyl flooring from day one. Pretty matching azure trim color. Not good enough. We ordered replacement double castors. Eureka!!! Success!! No floor marks, easy rolling, easy rotation. I have read other reviews of this product recommendations to change to higher quality castors. I agree!! Very happy now. Chair is comfortable, reclines, head rest, pull out leg rest. We had company last weekend. All adult children tried it out. None have mobility issues. Chair was well received. I have a different but similar office chair in office, an armless stenographer's chair in catches, all vinyl for cooking and other wet, sticky work. May look into another for hubby. OK so my husband and I we are actually order a lot of stuff off of Amazon so much so that we should be an expert at writing these reviews but let me tell you how well we like this chair. We liked it so much that we got it for my husband inside of the office/studio I actually liked it incredibly too much so therefore we ended up ordering it in Pink and opal color for me for my side of the office/studio and let me tell you guys it is amazing so much so that you don’t even want to share it with anyone!! You really are not gonna want to come out of this seat, so if you’re like me and it’s hard for you to sit down somewhere and do your work because you don’t wanna be uncomfortable Let me tell you that you won’t have any problem with this chair, so you better think of a different excuse to get out of work!!! lol ... show more

Arm rest, head rest, and foot rest material starting peeling and rubbing off after just a few months. After less than a year the entire seat completely broke off from the base causing me to fall backwards into the floor from two feet off the ground soon as I sat down one day.
