FOR THE GREATER GOOD
Tau Broadside Battlesuits have a fearsome reputation in the 40k community and for good reason. In previous editions their twin-linked railguns were the bane of armored targets everywhere. 6th Edition nerfs them considerably, but with the proliferation of flyers they still fulfill a vital role of accurate and powerful AA. Also with the option to be decked out in missiles, they can tear through light armor, monstrous creatures, and heavy infantry. The models are an improvement on the old broadsides, which were just Crisis suits with big guns and missile racks tacked on. I am not a huge fan of the rifle-style railgun, but I will be using these as missile platforms.

What to expect
The box came in the new addition and not the old as advertised in the picture. It was also slightly beaten up and worn but that can't be helped sometimes. Overall the item itself was delivered as promised and nothing was damaged.

Good if you're looking to add some heavy support to your tau forces. With retaliation Cadre makes all broadside relentless making them even more cheese.

Great unit!
I love these guys, and no tau can run enough of them. With Broadside spam being popular and the hammerhead getting a nerf to the railgun, these guys are the new tau go to heavy support. With the High yield missile system on them, they rain death from anywhere. Only reason for 4 of 5 stars is due to limited posing without some serious conversion work. Which isnt a hassle for me, but for some thats a down.

Too bad you'll need 9
The only model you really need in an army. Spam to death with high yield missile pods. Too bad you'll need 9, and they're $50 a pop. Clever Games Workshop, clever.
