I am a health nut and try my best to avoid any and all toxins so I did a lot of research for a good ball that had the least amount of junk in it. I was so thrilled to find this one at such a cheap price and even more happy to find that it didn't smell at all coming out of the box. Definitely meets my health freak standards. It has an almost foaming feeling to it vs more rubber so I was worried about it holding up but with testing it and using it lots, it's extremely sturdy and I have no fear of it bursting or leaking air at all. The only big bummer for me is that according to the size chart I was supposed to get a size Large (I am 5'6" and Large is for 5'1"-5'9") and I'd say that's too small for me. All of the research I did said your knees should be slightly below your hips when sitting and my hips end up level or below my knees which puts just a little more stress on my hips as a pregnant woman. I've been able to air it up to meet that research criteria but it won't stay there long since that's blowing it up more than what that size is supposed to be at. So I wish I would've got the XL despite what the chart said. It's definitely a keeper though, especially for the price and it's an absolute winner for it being a healthier option, just be weary of the size you choose if you're going to be sitting on it a great deal.
