Assembly and installation were straightforward. This set comes with 10 metal fence panels. Each panel has 2 stakes that screw onto either side of the panel. The stakes are long enough that they hold the panels upright in the ground by themselves. There are also little plastic clips that you are supposed to install, 2 between each pair of panels. They were difficult to snap on and being plastic they will not last; this is my only complaint about this fencing. I think the panels will stay in place anyway due to the stakes being so deep in the soil so I don't expect that to be an issue. There is also a pack a small, flimsy zip ties but the instructions don't specify what they are for, maybe an alternative to the plastic clips, but they are not necessary. These look nice around my flower bed. I wanted something that would separate the area from the sidewalk without limiting my access. I also didn't want to have to do any digging or major installation - it took me about 30 minutes to assemble and put up all 10 panels. For the current price of $32 these are a bargain. I am ordering another set to finish fencing off the flower bed.

I got this fencing to put around a raised bed garden that is trying to grow raspberries, but the rabbits keep eating my plants! Upon opening the fencing, I was surprised to see that some assembly was required, as this wasn't clear in the product description. Screwing the base posts into the fence panels took about 5 minutes. I do have a slight concern the the fence will be more likely to rust at this connection, but only time will tell! Snapping the panel connectors on was a little more challenging, but not too bad once I got the hang of it. I ended up only installing one connector per panel, since that was sufficient to keep them together since the ground is holding the other end. There was also a package of zip ties included, presumably for other attachment needs. The fencing is solid, sturdy metal and is a more attractive option for my little garden than the chicken wire that was previously there! This would make a nice border around a flower garden.

I ordered this fence set to try and keep my dogs out of a garden area. What I like about them is that they are taller than many of the similar fence panels available. They are easy to assemble and put in place and will cover about a 10 foot span. You can arrange them to be a straight line, square, rectangle etc. The listing did not mention that the panels require an extension to be screwed on to the bottom of each panel to be able to get the full height and to be able to stick them in the ground. This is not a big deal, but some of the panels did not screw in 100% of the way and others had the black paint chipped in that area that might result in them being less sturdy and more susceptible to rusting. The fences come with 20 little clips that can be used to bind each panel to the next. The clips are a bit hard to get on, but once they are in place they do a good job of holding the panel close to the next one. Overall I am pretty happy with these and think they will keep my dogs out of the area.

Firstly, mine came with some rust on the inner bag and a little on the threaded ends of the fence sections. I don't know if there was some water infiltration or what, but the rest of the hardware was okay. You have to assemble the lower sections by screwing the stakes into the threaded bottom of the fence sections. This is the part that goes into the ground. It's not difficult, but time consuming to screw in 2 per fence section. The kit comes with two ways to join the fence sections: as you can see in pic2 there are plastic clips that I found there was a learning curve in using. As you can see in pic3, there are zip ties that can also be used. I used the clips for the most part but used the zip ties at corners where the clips didn't work as well. It's a decent kit and the metal parts as well as the clips and zip ties were in good condition and worked well with each other. It looks nice and can be pretty flexible as far as using them to fence off even irregularly shaped areas.

The welding points are all well made, and the coating is uniform. All fence segments are perfectly similar, no variation. The spikes that go into the ground are threading into the upper part of the fence segments. I am not sure this is a good design. If the spikes were a different material, like stainless steel, this would make more sense, though I am sure rust will start developing from the threaded portions. And it’s not like one could buy later only the spikes because the old ones are the only rusted-through part of the fence. I guess this solution only saves on shipping volume / cost, but probably will shorten the useful life of the fence.

We got these fence pieces to redirect our large dogs who tend to go tearing down the hill and ripping up the grass in the process. They were super easy to put together and we actually spread them apart to make a long er fence, instead of connecting them. They are black, so they blend end and that's what we wanted, but at first the dos didn't see them until the last minute so they jumped over. A little taller fence would have helped, but the jumping soon ended and now they go around that area. Hopefully our grass will now get a chance to grow back! If you need to redirect your dogs or protect your plants, this little fence might be just the thing!

I have several different areas of my yard that I put short fences in and I prefer individual panels compared to connected ones. This one is ok. The legs get screwed on to the base, the wire gauge is a little thin, and almost impossible to connect the panels with the connectors. I use this to differentiate my neighbor's yard, which is full of weeds, from mine. It gives a visual boundary and helps me know where to weed. I am not sure that this will last very long.

The stakes are screw types so it’s easy. However, I noticed rust on the bag. This makes me think these barriers are not meant to be left out too long in wet elements. It is large enough to be used as a barrier but as a self enclosure, it would work for small dogs.
