I have used these on my phones for many years. The installation process has multiple steps, but if you take the time to read the directions and do a dry run, it's pretty easy to install. One minor issue is that you have to scan any fingerprints stored by the phone, after installing this screen protector. I have dropped my phone(s) several times while this has been installed and each time, the screen protector cracked, but completely protected the cell phone screen.     • Still the best protector for your note 20 ultra
Purchased product through Amazon. I noticed this product had an overall lower rating than I expected. Some people reported that the glass covers were broken but that wasn't the case for me. They were both perfectly intact and there is a lot of packing in the box, so unless they were broken before they were put in the box I think it's unlikely they could break during shipping. That being said I've used Whitestone dome for my note 9, note 10 and now note 20 ultra. So the product for me has always been 5 stars. Install is a bit more complicated but it's worth the effort. There are many YouTube tutorials on how to apply it both from the manufacturer and also tech reviewers. Pretty much any YouTube tech reviewer thinks this is the best product you can get which is why I use it. Now... Here's what could be done better. 1. Please Whitestone allow purchase options where you don't need to buy this uv lamp everytime. I now have 3 of these lamps. 2) These products are also increasing in price when they should not be. This is almost virtually identical to the note 9 and 10 protection but much more expensive. The phone comes with gorilla glass victus. As the durability improves it's getting harder to justify this much for a screen protector. ... show more

Whitestone Dome is supposed to be a reputable company well renowned for their screen protectors, however I beg to differ. I followed the instructions to a T and even watched various videos on Youtube over and over again only for it to result in an off alignment install. The adhesive is absolutely poor quality, the glass is paper thin so much that when you remove the glass it cracks right on the spot. I have been through several screen protectors from Whitestone and they are not reliable, not to mention the install is quite complicated and nerve racking. I noticed that even if you wipe down the sides of your phone after install there is still hidden dried up adhesive particles trapped under the sides of the protector. If you look closely, you can see little dots which they say are supposed to be "little feet" that make sure the adhesive spreads out evenly but the adhesive is supposed to fill in those dots, but to no avail have they ever done so. Overall I have had several issues with Whitestone including a recent warranty replacement for my wife's Apple Watch SE, which came to me all scratched up! Whitestone's process for warranty replacement takes several weeks as well as them wanting ironclad proof that your reason for warranty replacement is legitimate. I have also purchased screen protectors for my Oneplus 8t 5G which only comes in the EZ Glass and I have gone through several replacements with that because the adhesive under the EZ Glass is not long lasting. I had the phone in my pocket and suddenly there was lint under the protector 2 days later which upon close examination was not there during the install. Not to mention there is not edge to edge coverage as well as the camera cut out is way too big in diameter. I don't mean to be a stickler but when you spend this kind of money on protection for your phone it better live up to the price, Whitestone is way too expensive. Lastly I have washed my hands with Whitestone, I will never waste my money or my time on them again. It is better off you get screen protection from the manufacturer of your device and if that is not possible then I would suggest you do your homework carefully researching, watching reviews and the such.     • Bad reviews are generally from incorrect installation
So far, the best line of tempered glass screen protectors I've used with any phone. Clarity, durability and fingerprint reader compatibility are all great. No warping or bubbles, no dirt or dust gets in underneath the edges. It's obviously not as strong as your phones screen, so it is susceptible to cracking if you drop it which should be expected, but still more durable than other screen protectors I've used. Installation: This process can be very frustrating. You have to be very careful and precise, following every step to a T to get the best result. Attempting to install it on so much as a slightly unlevel surface or a single spec of dust will mess it up. It's a tedious process but once you do it once it's really not that bad. The results are well worth it in my opinion. Whitestone has some videos on YouTube to walk you though the installation process and I HIGHLY recommend you watch it, as the included instructions are kind of confusing. Customer support: Whitestone's customer support is good not great. The first order I placed with them came with 2 broken screen protectors out of the box, I emailed customer support and it took them a few weeks to finally ship out a replacement. After a few emails back and forth and sending picture of the broken glass, they did finally send an entire new kit so ultimately i'm happy. Additionally they warranty their glass so even if you drop and crack it, they'll replace it so long as you've registered on their website.
