I bought this as a Christmas present. And when we tried turning it on, it wouldn’t work. So with further investigation, I checked where we place the batteries and I see that the terminal is non-existent. So if you check the two pictures above, I put a side by side controller. One with, and one without. The custom one is the one without. So this was very frustrating that I have to return and wait for the refund to get a replacement. Smh. Probably never ordering again. My guess is that the person forgot to put them back after painting the controller. But if someone was to pay for this price, it needs to be better than this.. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I love the controller, its beauty and I love the grip. But there’s a very small dent/bubble that is noticeable in reflection light to the left of the x button. It’s barely noticeable but it’s enough to bother me. I set up a return and I’m looking to exchange it for a new one, I’m just worried they’ll be out of stock by the time I’m able to get the money back into my account and return it and get a new one.
