It took me some hours to put together and I did have to contact about a screw missing however when I say the customer service was quick and kind I’m not joking! They immediately sent out the missing part to me and let me just say the picture speaks for itself! Its true to the picture and it matches perfectly with my bedroom. Great dresser for the money and THE best customer service I have found yet on Amazon. The dresser came and the box was a little damaged but didn't think nothing of it. Until, we were putting it together, we found a couple chips out of the side. I contacted the seller to return for refund. Within minutes they wanted pictures. After I sent pictures, they quickly responded back stating this was a delivery issue, to keep the dresser and refunded me back my $$. It did take a bit longer than 11 minutes but OMG, I couldn't believe how fast it did go together...and I couldn't believe how well everything matched as you can see by the pictures. It's solid, took both my husband and I to move it before we put the drawers in, extremely sturdy...so much more than any other piece of furniture I have purchased. The drawers slide easily which was unexpected considering the price. It's in my closet because that's what I bought it for. But it is beautiful enough that for a guest room, it was make a nice addition. It's a purchase that ended up being a very nice surprise for the money spent. ... show more

Bought two, then after building one we immediately sent back the other one. I like the look of it but don't like the shallow drawer opening and assembly was one of the worst we've experienced and we've built a lot of furniture. One of the drawer faces came off after opening it just twice, so there are issues with the hardware. I imagine we'll have to wood glue the rest of them at some point. ... show more

So, I’m generally a skeptic when I watch videos of companies putting their products together, but this is no joke. I put two of these together in about 30 minutes. The Engineering is GENIUS! No cam locks. Only needed the Allan wrench and screws for the handles. Otherwise, no tools, no hardware. The dressers are gorgeous. I hope they are as sturdy as they seem! ... show more
