This product works really good for my husband who is 6ft3, but for me 5ft3, on the other hand, not really. I constantly have to readjust it to make sure that it’s in correct position, because if it isn’t, then it’s not doing much for me. It’s a little bit bulky on me, so I definitely couldn’t wear it under regular clothes and have it be unnoticeable. I believe that if it had additional straps to keep in place, then it would be a lot better. I honestly was going to return it, but my husband wanted to keep it for himself. I’ve tried quite a few posture braces and so Far I’m like a week in of wearing this brace and it is the best I’ve had. I’m using the Gaiam Restore Posture Corrector Classic and having the adjustable strap is great. No Velcro to deal with. I wear it under my polo type shirts and I can quickly tightening it or Loosing it. It also seems to be helping me with me work on getting my posture better. Thanks so far so good ... show more

I use this posture corrector minimally, because you're not supposed to use them all the time. But when I need it, it does its job. It's comfortable on my body to wear and is a great helper when needed

The straps on this item are too short for bigger folks. I'm 6'0" and 190 lbs and not huge across the chest. When I put this on one of two things happen: either the strap comes undone and slips out of the holder (meaning I have to take it all off and re-insert the straps) or I have to really strain to reach around and get a hold of the strap and work to get it unattached from the velcro, which seems to be exacerbating the problem (upper back soreness) that I bought this thing for. If they made the straps just 4 or 5 inches longer it would probably be fine, and for smaller folks it probably is, but if you're medium or bigger it's going to be a stretch (literally) to get it on. ... show more

Do not let the description deceive you. This definitely does not fit on the typical male body. I have a similar build to the man in the photo yet this was way too small. I will say that the quality of it is really nice! If you have a petite build, I’m sure it would be great.
