Love this yoga mat! Not only did it save my knees during my workout but it was quick and easy to roll back up. Included is a shoulder strap that slips over the sides once rolled. Tried Academy and they wanted $40-$50 dollars and theirs wasn’t even very thick. Besides, it was one day shipping. A+
