This is a really great 12 ft. double hammock! We had a similar hammock in our yard at a previous home 30 years ago and my husband really missed that hammock, so he is really happy with this new hammock. When camping he loves his camping hammock, but for the backyard, he really wanted a rope hammock like this. One thing to remember is how low these hammocks go when you get on them. We had to raise the hammock to make it almost flat, which seemed super high until he got in the hammock. Once in, you sink down a lot lower than you would expect because of the handwoven cotton rope. That is just something to be aware of before using. The hammock is sturdy and will definitely hold up to 450 pounds as marketed. The metal attachments at the end are very sturdy and they even include hardware to put into a wooden frame or trees if that is how you are going to use this hammock. The wooden frame keeps the hammock in shape and I really like the design of these traditional cotton rope hammocks with the wooden spreader bars. We just put our new hammock up an hour ago and my husband will probably stay all afternoon. Haha. He is really happy with this hammock, so I highly recommend it. He is the hammock lover of our family and if he is happy, then you will be also. :)

I am thoroughly impressed with the Gafete 12ft Double Hammock. The first thing I noticed was the quality of the rope; the handwoven cotton is soft to the touch yet feels incredibly durable and strong. You can really see the craftsmanship in the traditional weave and the sturdy hardwood spreader bars, which keep the hammock perfectly open and easy to get into. It is even easier to set up as it comes with all the hardware, and the hammock is preassembled. The space is incredibly generous. It comfortably fits two people, and with the 450 lbs capacity, it feels very secure and stable for lounging together. It provides a level of comfort that is hard to beat—perfect for long afternoons outside or even as a cozy indoor setup. Considering the quality of the materials and the fact that it comes with all the necessary chains and hooks, this is an incredibly affordable find. It looks beautiful in the natural beige and feels like it will last for many seasons. Highly recommended!

This hammock looks very nice with its twisted rope design, but is very hard to get into for lighter people/kids. It stretches quite a bit, so if you have it on a frame, make sure to put it on the highest setting because it will stretch to the ground easily. You have to sit directly in the middle or it will tip completely vertically. It is fairly comfortable to lay in, but not as comfortable as a flat design hammock (though those get dirty quickly). Since it is very stretchy,the holes can be easy to get your hand or foot stuck, so be careful with kids. It was packaged well and super easy to put on the stand. I'll have to see how it holds up to Florida weather, but it seems durable.

This hammock is amazing—instant relaxation the second you lay in it. The handwoven cotton rope is super comfortable, soft but still supportive, so you don’t feel like you’re sinking too much. We were very satisfied with this hammock after getting it hooked up and trying it out. It is priced quite low for this type of hammock. Usually the lower priced ones are the solid fabric or synthetic looking. This is a real cotton with real wood on it and it's very stretchy and conforms to your body for ultimate lazy lounging. We did have to use the top hook points on our hammock stand and get it pretty tight because it is very stretchy. Me and my wife both were in it Will they combined weight of about 340 lbs and It held us perfectly and I had no feeling of thinking it's going to drop us. Between how easy it is to unhook and roll this up and our quick disconnect hammock stand, It makes the whole unit super portable to carry when we go to the pond or just in the front or backyard. I definitely recommend it and you will be hard pressed to find a real cotton woven style hammock of this quality for this price.

This is a great hammock! It came with an eleven loop chain attached to the main ring on both sides, and two heavy duty hooks for hanging the hammock. I have a hammock stand, and since the chain is already attached on both ends, it is super easy to hang on my hammock stand. I like how easy it is to roll up this hammock. It arrived rolled up, with the chain threaded under the wood support. This makes the hammock really easy to carry by the main loop. Laying is this hammock is comfortable and relaxing. Overall, I'm enjoying using this hammock.
