Not bad at all for the price. It does not cam down meaning the teeth do not make contact with the tree until expanded. Just gotta get your straps really tight.

This is a well made and pretty sturdy product. It's easy to set up and use right out of the packaging. It's Definitely comfortable enough and feels solid and sturdy enough to hold a good amount of weight. You'll absolutely want some sort of seat cushion, which should have come with this for the price, in my opinion. This tree saddle should really be adequate for its intended purpose. I don't know how high I'd recommend using it but I would certainly suggest keeping it at a safe height, at least until you're familiar and comfortable using it. This product works for its intended purpose. This platform has plenty of room for big boots. However, the product is really heavy and difficult to carry to locations.
