The dual lock feature is the main reason to buy these chairs (I now own three). Sitting in the taut fabric is so much better than sitting in the saggy limp fabric of most folding camp chairs. I've been using these chairs for a couple of years now and found them to be both sturdy and reliable. No issues with fabric or frame. I have the larger size and two regular size. Both sizes are terrific but I do prefer the smaller size because it keeps the drink holders closer and packs a little smaller in the van.     • This Camp Chair Takes the Cake!

Out of all the camp chairs I have sat in, this one takes the cake. The Kijaro camp chair folds out incredibly easily and the best thing is that it locks into place once open. When locked there is no more of a hassle trying to get out of the chair and it folds up on you. Also being a double locking chair, it will lock in the closed position for easy carry. Another great thing is the ease of putting the chair back in the bag. When you put the chair in the bag, start with the top and it will slide on like a glove. Got this chair for my husband as lower beach chairs are just that - too low - and as a camp chair replacement as well. He liked using it at the beach this year, and it is also much sturdier than other camp chairs we've used in the past. I bought myself one, too, to replace my older camp chair. For reference, I am barely 5'0" and he is 5'6" and the height of the chair and seat worked well for us. (Might have been a touch too tall for me, but it wasn't an issue.) Weight-wise and width-wise, it worked very well for him - plenty of room. I may buy a set for my parents, too, as they also found them easier to get in and out of. Pls know when folded they are taller/longer than your 'average' camp chair. ... show more

This is a very comfortable and well made chair. Love the pockets at the side and the large cup holder option, BUT IT IS HUGE. I am 125 pounds and this chair is made for someone who is much much larger. When folded, it comes up to my chest. The seat is big enough for a very large person. (2 of me?). I thought that since they offer an XL version that this chair would be ok even though other reviews stated it was big. Can't imagine how big the XL is! Perfect chair in all other ways. Wish they made one for more regular sized people. Best chair I've found, but the search goes on. ... show more

Finally I’ve found my perfect chair. I’ve been shopping for a chair that doesn’t sag and isn’t difficult getting out of. One that will have a cup holder to hold a can with a koozie, one where I can store my cell phone, lip gloss and suntan lotion, one that would hold a heavier person, one with a mesh back (because my back sweats something awful against solid material), and one I can carry. This is the one! Is there a negative? Maybe the length. I’m a taller person so it’s not too cumbersome. I love that it locks, should I not throw it into the bag before carrying back to my vehicle….so the legs don’t open on you while carrying. I’m selling my others at my next yard sale. We have some plus size members in our family and needed chairs that were comfortable for long ball games or just hanging out. We tried two other options that were expensive, but no better with comfort than their cheaper counterparts. So glad I happened to read someone reviewing this chair alongside another I was looking at. These are as comfortable as you are going to get in a folding camp chair. The front edge of the seat never hurts anyone’s legs, and this is people from five feet tall up to six foot and 300 pounds. They are plenty roomy, have sturdy armrests and two cup holders which I didn’t know I needed. These chairs are a little heavy, but nothing crazy. You wouldn’t want to take them backpacking, but for a ballgame or park, they are perfect. Please try these, you will not be disappointed! ... show more

I took this chair to scout camp and I kept having to ask people to get up! It's very comfortable and it was one of the first chairs people sat in when we returned to camp. Even after I wrote my name on the arm I constantly had to ask people to get up so I could sit in my chair!

    • The most comfortable camping chair I've ever owned

My husband got this for me for Christmas, and this purple one I bought him before our first real camping trip of our season. The way they lock in allows them to remain solid without any sagging. For those of us who have larger legs it means we're not stuck with our thighs rubbing against the metal framework, which just gets really uncomfortable, so this is a great alternative. And for less than $50 it's an amazing deal. I love that it has both a large and a small cup holder, so you have a couple holder that's good for your standard size cans or bottles, will having another holder that works excellent for larger bottles and cell phones. I keep forgetting about the pocket on the side, because it really isn't necessary. But I think I would love to have these replace all of our camping chairs and next year or two. We always like to have an extra couple of chairs for company to come and join us by the fire. ... show more
