This is the BEST shower system, I love it SO much!!! I researched ALL the shower systems that Amazon sells plus looked at Wayfair, Build.com etc. and this is by far the shower system that gives you the most for your money, so look no further! Here's why it is so great: 1) This shower system allows for dual functionality: which means you can have the tub running AND use the handheld shower paddle at the same time. Oddly, this is not the case for most of the shower systems out there! 2) The handheld shower paddle is so awesome! It offers 3 different settings - rain, rain/stream, and a higher-pressure stream. Also, it is a big "paddle' which means it delivers a wide width of spray, whereas many of the other shower systems have a shower "wand" which kind of looks like a bar or stick, and doesn't offer as much functionality. 3) The tub faucet and shower head are great too! The water comes out of the tub faucet like a waterfall, it is so beautiful. I really love the shower head too. It is a super relaxing "rain" shower head that is a good size and also has strong water pressure. 4) Finally, the entire system is sturdy, well-constructed and yet so very elegant! You will literally feel like you're at the four seasons! I cannot say enough good things about this shower system! It truly is the BEST!

We highly enjoy this 3 way Shower faucet set. It’s has wonderful water pressure that satisfies all of our house hold. A relaxing rain water over head faucet and the hand held has a bit stronger pressure for ease of cleaning and rinsing. The assembly was relatively easy thanks to some background knowledge and has had no leaks or issues since assembly in the past three months.

Looks fantastic. Easy to install and I love the housing for the valve assembly. It is boxed out and the protective cover has a bubble level to assist with proper install. I found i didn't have to modify the depth at all for my application, but it would have been simple to do so. Used some PEX fitting and tube, super easy. This is a three way valve so you can hook up to an existing faucet if you want or cap it.

I bought this shower system because I loved how it looks. When I had it installed the plumber had everything ready to connect left off the shower fixture and handle cover because the bathroom was stripped to the studs and they would have to be removed to put up the walls and tile the shower surround. He also stated that this is a very nice system. Once the tile was up I had no problem attaching anything except the cover plate for the on/off and diverter knobs. I could not get the knobs off (the Allen wrench that came with the kit had disappeared I did not realize that and the one I was using was too large.) It took a couple of days to figure out the problem but customer support was excellent, even to the point of telling me if I broke anything trying to get the handle off, they'd replace it. Thankfully it didn't come to that. The shower is looking and working great. I especially love the relaxing rain shower and also having a hand shower.

Nice unit but the mounting fixture that holds the shower wand has a brass rectangle piece attached to the brass screw in fitting that may not fit the hole drilled out of the tile to mounting requiring need to adapt the tile hole to fit it. Having a rectangle piece that has to go into a round hole is not the best design. Upon further consideration after speaking with the plumber, it seems the hand wand holder is difficult to install because the nipple that goes into the wall fitting is very short. While the rest of the shower components are fine, it seems the wand holder could be designed better for installation.
