I’ve used the cart for 3 rounds and have had zero issues with it. The follow mode has worked perfectly, it is really a joy to use this mode playing golf. Be prepared, the cart draws a lot of attention from other golfers, you are going to be answering a lot of questions! The remote mode works great but takes some time to get use to the joy stick. The assembly is easy, the direction are just ok but overall it’s not to difficult. The only hiccup was the order was supposed to include a phone holder but was not included in the box, I sent a message thru Amazon and within a few hours I received a response back an apology and a tracking number for the phone holder. Great customer service and very quick response.

We purchased this product recently and after a couple of uses, a minor part broke. We were understandably disappointed, but the customer service completely turned the situation around. We reached out to the manufacturer and received a response extremely quickly. They diagnosed the issue right away and immediately shipped the replacement part. They also included simple, clear instructions for installation, which made the repair smooth and easy. The cart now works perfectly again. While the initial issue was frustrating, I couldn’t be more satisfied with how they handled it. Excellent customer service and support. And, an excellent product.

I had a minor problem of which the seller helped me resolve fast. The cart works perfectly and better than I expected. I can still walk the course but no longer have to push a heavy cart. It follows me perfectly and has tackled all the terrain I’ve come across; some much steeper than they recommend.

I bought G 5 and had nothing but problems with.It seems to have a mind of its own at times and go off and different directions.The remotes stop working on me and I try to get a replacement with customer service . They are very slow to respond.And so far , haven't helped me at all to replace my remote. You have to send them an email to China. And they do not respond for 48 hours.\n If at all I had to send an email several times and I still don't have the issue resolved, the unit is useless to me without a remote. I can't recommend this model. Save your money and get a better\nManufacturer respond or help me at all.I would not
