The microphone that came with it wasn’t compatible for the device. While it’s suppose to be a plug and play, it took at least two hours for us to figure out that the mic wasn’t compatible and the device was defective. I sent it back and got a different one that was much easier to use, everything worked, was a bit more pricy $229, but worth not getting a headache. The YouTube videos that are supposed to help set this up had different mics in the video. So I’m going to assume they just randomly added a mic that isn’t compatible for this mixer. So dumb and such a waste of time. First time I’m telling people not to buy a product off Amazon. Smh.

The media could not be loaded. At my church, it is pretty difficult to control the band sound with singer. The drums too loud and guitar amps had delays. We didn’t need too big one as we also had no space so i bought this. I connected sound to guitar, sound 2 to drum and microphone to the singer. Now i can control each individual ones very clearly. The monitor output is also very clean and great!
