DDR5!!! Excellent RAM, sleek, no errors, fast, EXPO profile no issues on x870 motherboard. The vibrant RGB lighting display smooth gradient rainbow colors and goes well with the rest of my case RGB lights.

Bought this for my gaming/workstation build. I think it's pretty amazing that they finally have 256gb's. The RAM memory works fine and the timings too. Ran a bunch of tests and everything works great. The only thing that 'kinda' gets me is when I turn on the EXPO the computer takes a while to boot because of the memory training. I tried everything with the BIOS and have the voltages raised. If the voltage is not enough it doesn't even boot, it stays forever at 'Detecting Memory'. Even right now with the voltage high it's still takes a couple extra minute to boot. I'm running a X870 EXTREME ASUS ROG + 9950X3D + RTX 5090 + 4TB SAMSUNG PRO 9100. Bios is updated and everything. I hope that ASUS can come with a new update on their BIOS to solve this. Besides that, love the RAM. Thank you.

The ram I purchased is very well made. The build quality is exceptional; machining and heft make it quite evident, and it looks/works great in my system. My systems’ boot time is normally as it would expect on an AM5 system, which is what I’m using—around 16-18 seconds. The speed is 6000MT/s which is more than what I need since I’ve been using DDR4 for a while.

After building my dream PC I initially went with 96gb kit from another manufacturer and had issues, I decided to go all in and tried this kit knowing the typical DDR 5 issues with 4 sticks I ordered it and after a CMOS reset my MSI x970-p Wi-Fi with the latest firmware and a AMD 9950x3d it booted into windows 11 pro with no issues and detected all 256gb of ram. I rebooted and went into my BIOS and turned on EXPO and rebooted. I ran several benchmarks and this kit does indeed run at 6000mhz with the EXPO profile. Everything is stable.

On first installation of RAM, the OS would not boot up (left overnight for memory training). I had to reset the CMOS battery in order for this RAM to be bootable with the OS. After a while (3 weeks), the RAM sticks would still be on (RGB can be seen), but no longer recognized by the motherboard. The motherboard code generated was "EC." Luckily, the return Window by Amazon was still active.

Unable to achieve advertised speeds with SMP/EXPO enabled but otherwise it's working fine. They also look fine but I've not messed much with the RGB so I can't speak that much to it.
