Many reviewers mentioned that that the time adjust button is pushed in and mine is the same way. Another reviewer argues it's a feature. Yes, it's a little harder to press in but assuming you're only going to adjust the time once I believe it's a useful feature so that you don't accidentally press it. It is hard to read to in low light but it's to be expected from a the black font with a red background. I personally think it's worth trading visibility for the black and red aesthetic. The light is decent, it does turn the display pink with a purple font when on. You can also see the LED flashing through when viewed from the right. Not too sure if you're supposed to be able to see that but it doesn't affect visibility. But, overall the watch does what I need it to do; display the time and be durable. 5 stars. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Just got this watch yesterday as a Christmas present for myself. My first ever G-Shock and it's amazing. Love the feel of the resin band but my skin had an adverse reaction to it from using my Casio 800H which is why I have this and the 800H in silicone. Super comfortable, easy time adjustment, love the look of the watch face and the red outline, the backlight is super bright, build quality is much better in person, and this has replaced my Apple watch. I've also got a stainless steel bull bar on the way for this bad boy and will update this post when it arrives. 10/10. 12/25/2025 Update: Just got the stainless steel bull bar for this and man it looks even better! Gives a much more aesthetic look to it and will definitely will give the mineral glass more protection. ... show more

Came with deffect but I fixed it. It wasn't easy. Had to disassemble the watch. Button was too short. About 0.8 mm shorter then oter buttons. Think that was manufacture deffect.

Classic 80s style, comfortable, durable, simple and straightforward to use with useful features such as an alarm, timer, and stopwatch. The display is easy to read from any angle and the LED light, used by pressing the lower right button on the case, is more than adequate at lighting up the display.
