The app is fincky on yellow older model it didn't work with this orange version but was able to reset the unit that was set by previous owner to child mode which only allow slowest speed. Along with that the left button to activate motor being held and right trigger let go after activating would keep motor to stay on, which that is a program malfunction. Older models I disabled left hand trigger to be able to only use right trigger on high speed. Being previously scratched would be fine if the unit worked properly and at a used discount. ... show more

We own 4 of these which means we spent a lot of money. The chargers are magnetic with 5 tiny prongs and all 4 chargers have broken after about 6 months. So, go to contact the company to buy new chargers. It’s almost impossible but finally I get ahold of the Chinese based company and after 3 months I paid for two chargers at $89 for each.. both chargers have broken after 3 months and now the company will not respond to my emails asking how to either buy new chargers or help with their products that are failing. No other chargers will work for these scooters so they are useless now. TERRIBLE COMPANY ... show more
