    • Do not recommend!!! Will end up costing you in the long run!!
This set up sounds like it performs and looks cool, but is a straight up a disaster and waste of money. Brand new out of the box Xbox. The charging station will short your batteries out and end up ruining your controller. Went through 4 batteries and two controllers before we narrowed down the problem to the charging dock. Batteries lose their ability to hold a charge or even charge at all and both controllers intermittently shut off and you have to physically reconnect it to the console itself. Cost me 4 batteries and two brand new controllers. Not cheap!! After buying a whole new controller and battery set and avoiding the charging dock, haven't had a problem since. Now the the cooling fans.... work when they want to. Sometimes they do and sometimes they don't no matter how you try to fix it. Haven't had this system for very long, when the fans decide to work, they make a high pitch whining sound. Tried cleaning and blowing air through them, but nothing helps, when they actually decide to work. It does help disperse the heat when they are actually running, but sadly you get what you pay for and this has cost me hundreds of dollars in controllers and batteries to find out this product is a flop!!! ... show more

As the title says, it’s ok but it has some issues. First issue is that no matter how long I have my controllers on the charger, the lights on the base never switch to red to show it’s charging. The fans on the back are a good idea but the ones that come with this barely pull any air through even at full speed.
