Does a nice job of holding my large hernia. I buy the large, even though I only have a 34 waist because I keep it on loosely in bed so it's easy to tighten when getting up with the extra length. Only four stars because as it gets older it develops large creases and wrinkles and also when I pull on the end to tighten it puts more pressure on that spot. But for what it is, it's great. I have purchased maybe four of them, have two so I can wash one and rotate them. I keep the second one stored on the bed with a blanket on it to flatten out the creases and wrinkles. A pair last me about six months to a year.

I just had a tummy tuck and the doctor liked this band. I am only 5 feet tall so I have a pretty small torso. I weigh about 160lbs and the large fit just right length wise. As far as height goes, I wish I could shorten the band by about an inch. But overall this is a good product. I bought two because the reviews said they stretch out easily. My first band stretched after wearing it 24hrs for two weeks. But I found that even though it stretched out the elastic made it easy to get that snug fit.My second band is holding up much better and I have been wearing that one for 24 hours for a week now. I'd buy this product again.

Had surgery on April 10, 2012 with 3 external incisions - the one on my left side was closing up and healing up very nicely, but the two on the right side were slower to heal and still remained more open, something my surgeon attributed to me being a side sleeper and I attributed to me being still more than a bit overweight. This surgical binder did the trick - I'm still able to sleep on my side, but my skin is no longer rolling over on itself and the two incisions on the right side have now closed up nicely as well. They're still not quite as healed as the one on the left, but I suspect that by this time next week they too will look fantastic. This binder is comfortable and in my experience can definitely be worn all day.

I have an abdominal hernia and this elastic wrap was purchased to help keep the inside stuff inside. Previous experience with other elastic bands was good but I couldn't recall what brand they were; I wanted a new one for use when going to see doctors, etc., and this one was the largest I could find. Unfortunately, this band is just a bit too small for extended use and I should have just sent it back but I talked myself into keeping it because while it is very difficult to close, I still don't have any alternatives. It is a decent enough elastic band, it's just not as big as it needs to be. Maybe if I was as slim as the guy in the photo is it would work better; also, it's not very large in coverage area either, especially compared to the others that I have.

As others have noted, the problem with this abdominal binder is that it loses it's fit and form as it curls and bunches up towards the front and becomes a problem. I have purchased two of these and both have suffered from the same problem. If you are lying in bed and not moving then you shouldn't have any problems but if you are going about your daily routine then you can expect this problem to arise. Besides that issue, the binder has a STRONG material when new and gives great support to the abdomen area until the binder loses it's form. There are better and less expensive binders being sold on Amazon.

No. No. No. This poor quality stomach brace became stretched and distorted after being worn for only one day. By the end of the day it was buckling and bunching up at my waist the way my previous one had after a year of use. I would definitely not recommend it. To top it off it is not returnable despite purchasing through Amazon Prime. It is just a useless rip off. I would give zero stars if possible.

After abdominal surgery I needed support for my stomach muscles. My abdomen measured 50". After reviewing the size chart, I determined the large size would work for me. It was not even close to being large enough. It was at least 10" too short. Unfortunately this item is not returnable so I have wasted my money. At least it was inexpensive. Quality looked good but really disappointed in sizing. Would not buy again.

It is labeled as large and doesn't come close to fitting around my abdomen. I wear size 36 pants and most of them are loose. I've bought and used large size Futuro abdominal supports in the past and they fit well. In fact I am still using one of them. This product is clearly mislabeled and useless to me but when I go to return it I find that it "isn't eligible" for return. I make a lot of purchases from Amazon but I'd better be more careful in the future.
