I can wear this hat all day while out and be comfortable. It's breathability and softness of the material make it very comfortable to wear. The wind lanyard is a nice touch for both keeping it secure or allowing me to take it off without having to set it down.

The good: It has a velcro tab inside the hat to adjust for size. For the price, it is nicer than most straw cowboy hats. Most straw cowboys hats are scratchy and hurt the top of my head, this one does not. The not so great: The band doesn't line up correctly. Not a problem because I gently peeled the band off and recentered it. I might have to hot glue the band back in place. I will have to see if the band moves around without glueing it down. I think to make it a little more fancy I will order a small feather to put in the band. The description says that it is foldable for traveling, I don't know about that. I feel like if it gets folded up, it will not hold its shape. Also, it took 12 days to arrive, so if you need this quickly it might not arrive in time. ... show more

The interior band even has a sizing band in case you need any adjustment. This hat is super comfortable and does not squeeze your head at all nor does it make your head sweat even in hot Caribbean Sun! It is so comfortable that you forget you are wearing it.
