I am very happy with both the product and the seller of this patio furniture set, and I would give them both five stars for their quality and service. The product itself is a nice addition to my patio. It looks stylish and comfortable, and it offers great value for its price. It is not as durable as a more expensive set, but it is sturdy enough for our needs. It took me some time to assemble it, but the instructions were clear and the item came with all the tools and hardware I needed. You can see how it looks on my patio in the picture I attached. The cushions are also nice and cozy. They are water-resistant and dry quickly after it rains. The only minor issue I have is that the cushions tend to slide off the seats sometimes. I noticed that an older version of the product had laces to tie the cushions to the backrests, but this feature seems to be discontinued. It would be nice to have it back, or maybe some velcro or zipper to keep the cushions in place. The seller is outstanding and deserves a special mention. They were very responsive and helpful when I contacted them with some issues. My item arrived with a broken glass top for the center table, which was disappointing. However, the seller immediately shipped a replacement glass, which arrived in perfect condition. I also told the seller that I was missing a few screws and that I broke one of the clips that connect the sofas together. These were not major problems, and I could manage without them, but the seller was kind enough to send me a full box of screws and clips, just in case. I was very impressed by their customer service and generosity. I wish all Amazon sellers were as nice as this one. I would definitely buy more products from them in the future. ... show more

This is very nice and sturdy furniture. The seller did a great job communicating with me about delivery. Everything was received in great condition. The only complaint is it is very tedious to put together. Be ready to use an Allen wrench in a small tight area several times. Other than that, the furniture was easy to install. Overall, I'm happy with this purchase and would recommend to others. We've used it a bunch already in the month that we've owned it and it's mostly hit the mark. I typically reserve 5 star reviews for products that go above and beyond and that I would recommend without any caveats or qualifications. My feedback with (minor) caveats/nit picks: - The structure of each piece is very sturdy and comes together easily with assembly. - The cushions leave a little to be desired (a little stiff so far, but hopefully they will break in over time). - I did also have a minor chip on the edge of the glass tabletop for the coffee table. TBH, I'd prefer a wooden top here rather than glass, just for longer lasting and less fragility (I won't be putting my feet up on the coffee table anytime soon). -The suction cups on the inside of the glass got folded over during shipping which is slightly annoying as you can directly see them through the glass. While I did try to use dental floss under the glass to flatten these out, I gave up after 15 minutes of fixing one, moving onto the next, and then inadvertently undoing my progress as I fixed another. -The purchase experience and shipping were good, with us receiving 3/4 of the boxes in less than a week. The final box did come, but was 5 days late (and after I followed up). All in all, not a big deal and not a nightmare, but just being honest. ... show more

When the storage box lid didn’t close properly upon putting it together, we contacted the company and received a quick reply via email, sent a video of the issue and received an entirely new box within a couple of days. Very kind and attentive customer service. Putting it together was very simple, but used a different tool than what was included to make it easier. We received the 3 boxes and started to assemble the furniture. Not complicated but takes a while. We were disappointed to discover one of the pieces had a manufacturing error and we couldn’t assemble one of the sections. We connected with customer service and they were very responsive initially trying to fix the issue and then shipping a replacement item. Very professional process. Cons: came without any instructions and was not easy to assemble. Several pieces were used, rusty, and had dirt & grass plus some kind of sticky sauce all over it from the previous owner. Had to pressure wash set to get it clean. Glass had a large scratch in it. If I knew I was getting old pre-owned furniture, I would not have purchased.     • Great for the price!
Very nice set especially for the price. One part of the sectional arrived with a hole and customer service was great. They immediately sent another package with a new chair. Not sure how durable it will be since we got it recently but looks pretty sturdy and cushions are very firm and thick. There is only one negative part about the whole experience… when the furniture arrives in four large boxes, as expected all the pieces are separate to be put together. That part is easy, however they stuff cushions inside of another piece of chair and it’s almost impossible to pull out. My husband who is very athletic and strong could hardly pull it out. If a woman or an older couple buys this set I can’t imagine how they will pull the cushions out of the seat. I am sure they jam them in there to save on space for shipping, however it is definitely a major task to get them out. Another couple of friends purchased the same set and had heck of a time with cushions as well. ( they are in their early 40s) Probably took longer to pull cushions out then put together the whole set! Would I still recommend the set? Absolutely!
