I’ve owned a few massage chairs over the years, and this one is on a completely different level. The first thing you notice is how sleek and well-built it is. The leather feels premium, the stitching is clean, and the accent lighting gives it a really modern, high-end look without being over the top. It actually adds to the whole relaxation experience instead of just being a gimmick. Once you sit down, the comfort is immediate. The headrest is especially soft, which makes a bigger difference than you’d think, especially during longer sessions. When you activate the zero gravity mode, it reclines you all the way back into a position that takes pressure off your spine and just lets your body fully relax. It genuinely feels like you’re weightless. The massage itself is where this chair really stands out. The arm massagers are unlike anything I’ve used before. They’re tucked away so the chair still looks clean and minimal, but once they engage, they provide a really comfortable, consistent pressure without feeling awkward or bulky. A lot of cheaper chairs I’ve had tend to creak or feel a bit flimsy when they’re working, but this one is solid and quiet the entire time. The back and thigh massage combination is strong and effective, with a good balance between deep tissue pressure and vibration. It actually feels like it’s targeting the right areas instead of just moving around randomly. On top of that, the shoulder pressure pads are a great addition and help round out the full upper-body experience. The footrest is another standout feature. It’s spring-loaded and extends smoothly, which makes it incredibly versatile. I’m well over six feet tall and was able to stretch out comfortably, and my girlfriend, who is five foot four, also fits perfectly without needing to adjust anything manually. There are speakers on both sides of the headrest, and you can connect your phone via Bluetooth to play music, videos, or anything you want while you’re in the chair. Had delays to delivery. Called Amazon to cancel the delivery due to travel, but the delivery company left it outside our house while we were out of town. Sat there in front of our house for five days! Nothing like telling everyone driving by that our house is empty! Box was covered in ants by the time we got home. Never should have been delivered without a signature. Chair arrived damaged and does not work as advertised. Armrest had tears in the fabric. AI voice control does not respond very well. Can't customize the massage as indicated in the product description. I want to be able to just activate the airbags as I love that feature. It will do the two feet, then the arms, then the shoulders, but not all at once as I was hoping. Not very deep tissue either. Instructions not very helpful at describing how to use the chair or customize the routines. Overall, a pretty mediocre chair.

I've had this 2026 massage chair for about 2 weeks. I love it. Delivered on time without damage. Quite comfy and high quality. I've put probably 40 hours into it already and had 5 others try it, they loved it. I'm 6'0 and it works well, I just have to move a bit down for it to get my upper neck. Someone up to 6'4-6'6 could get away with this one just by scooting down. For people who really need their arms worked on, this gets your hands to your elbow pretty good with air compression. For those with knots in their upper/lower back, THIS IS FOR YOU! With the manual mode + fixed points, I have faith that this is going to save me money at the spa. I got the dark brown one and it doesn't look much different than my black leather couches, which I was slightly concerned about. Saw someone complaining about the 15 minute time limit... all you gotta do is hit the time button to queue it up to 30 mins and remember to hit it again when it gets close to running out. Small issues (Still worth it) > Some of the buttons are mis-aligned so you click a button and it's actually doing the function of the one below it. Just gotta remember where to press for some of the buttons. Hopefully just a one-off issue on mine. Someone not so techy might lose their marbles > The screen is supposed to be able to be moved up and down the stick, but the locking mechanism only gets tight enough to stay within 4-5 inches from the bottom.

****EDIT/UPDATE**** I am bumping this chair up to 4 stars. The customer service of the company that sold the massage chair has reached out to me and they did everything in their power to correct many of the issues. They submitted a partial refund for the minor damage it sustained in shipping. This covers the scratches and the blue lights on one side of the chair being dimmer than the other. As for the shipping company, they have filed an incident report with that company in hopes to correct future shipping issues. I am thankful to the company for reaching out to me and correcting the issues they have control of. So why 4 stars, and not 5? Well, the chair still does not have back-lit buttons making it hard to see in a dark room and I would still like just a little more travel at the top of the track to make this a 5-star chair. The company states they have addressed these ideas with the engineering department and hope to have a solution for back-lighting the keys in future updates of this chair. I am pleased this company stands behind their product and pleased they reached out. Massage chairs are a large purchase, so I will review each step of the order here in hopes it helps the next shopper with their decision. If you want the short version, yes, this chair provides a great massage and certainly melts the stress away. But that is not the whole story: Order: I ordered this chair on sale for Black Friday (11/28). It was shipped by a carrier called "NSD" and according to their tracking hub, was set to arrive anywhere between December 8th and the 12th. According to their site, they would call the phone number on file 30 minutes prior to delivery as a courtesy to alert they were on the way. It also states they would deliver to the first dry spot on the porch they could find. When the chair did not arrive on the 12th, I called their 800 number to inquire and spoke with an automated system that promised a call back from a live operator within 48 hours. (This call never came) Delivery: On December 17th, while away, I received an alert from my driveway camera. It appeared two men were dropping a large box in my driveway near the garage, not the front porch. As I watched the recording, I could see they didn’t seem to take care of the package. At one point the box was wrong side up (according to box) and they rolled it over allowing it to drop hard enough to trigger a sound alert on a separate camera. There was no courtesy call, or any callbacks from the support call I placed 5 days earlier. Assuming this must have been my chair and wanting to secure it before a porch pirate found it, I raced home. Damage: When I arrived home, I found the box to be badly damaged and easily opened due to the damage (see pics). The chair itself had some light scuffing on the shiny plastic on both sides of the chair. Not a huge deal to me as this chair will live in a dark room and won’t be visible 99% of the time. Once set up and plugged in, I noticed the chair had blue lights on the left and right sides. The lights on the left side are significantly dimmer than the right, almost as if there were several burned out bulbs or maybe the light wasn’t properly mounted in the housing. Chair features: Let’s start with the massage functions. They are great! This chair applies good pressure, and the SL track follows the curves of a human body more naturally than other chairs I have been in. The Zero Gravity functions take a load off, and the chair is far quieter than many others. There are built in speakers that are ok at best. They will not wow you, but they are not terrible. If you are linking a Bluetooth device to play soothing music or sounds at a medium volume, they are just fine. Don’t expect perfect range or rich bass. The control pad is large and looks like a cheap attempt at a tablet device. It works fine, but I wish the function keys were backlit. It is nearly impossible to see any of the buttons or functions in a darker room. (I feel most people use these chairs in a dark room) The screen looks like the climate control display of a 1990’s luxury car with hilariously large pixels and crude icons, but it gets the job done. Seriously, if the buttons were backlit, I wouldn’t have an issue with the controller. The blue side lights seem a bit tech boy gamer to me, and I wish there was a way to turn them off. Since one of mine has issues, I may open up the side panels and disconnect the wires in the future. There is a voice activation function in this chair. It is clunky at best and is another function I wish you could turn off. When you say “hey, massage chair” to wake it up, it replies immediately, but you must wait about 3 seconds to give it the next command. If you reply right away, it will not register. Hilariously, the voice for the chair has a heavy Asian accent. Oh, and it seems to pick up on phrases that are like the wake-up command as it randomly said “hi, I am here” a few times while watching movies. I may have to track down the microphone and disconnect this too. How does this chair fit: I am 5’11” tall, 38” waist, and weigh about 280 lbs. Not obese, but certainly not a little guy. My son would say “That’s a beefy boi!”, and my wife calls me “sturdy”. I fit in the chair snugly, not uncomfortable, but not a lot of extra wiggle room. I wish the top of the track/back rest was an inch taller, but I am nit-picking here. When the rollers get to the top of the track, they are at the base of my neck and I would like it to reach the base of my skull, but again, nit-picking. The legs extend to my liking; the arm slots and shoulder width are perfect for me. Overall, I like the fit of this chair. Would I buy it again: Maybe*. For the price I paid, I can live with the minor issues. However, I would certainly compare it with other chairs in the price range and see if someone else has fixed some of my complaints. But overall, I am happy with the way it operates. If you hung in with me this long, I hope this helps your purchasing decision…… and thanks for coming to my TedTalk.

We love this massage chair so much! It requires no assembly at all and features a stylish look that helps us relax. The body scan function automatically adapts to different body shapes for my wife and me, allowing the track massage to fit perfectly from the neck down to the hips. This fantastic function totally exceeds my expectations. It offers a wide variety of massage techniques. My wife is quite sensitive and loves the tapping mode the most.
