i needed some shelves next to the PC in the corner of my room to house and keep some electronics and knick knacks and this was the perfect product! the reason why im giving it 4 stars out of 5 is because its not obvious anywhere in the product description that it is not meant to shelve anything over ten pounds. however, the product does come with materials to anchor it to the wall if you need to. i really like this because it's minimalistic and lightweight so it's easy to assemble and move around! also, if you don't want all five tiers you can easily just leave them out. i left the last tier off and it ended up being the perfect height. my only issue is that i think the height between the shelves is too high, so whatever decorations or items you put on here would look better if they were tall. if the space between the shelves were shorter it would look a lot more pleasing and cuter in my opinion. i know theres an option to get a three tier shelf, but if you could still manage to have five tiers with the same overall height as a three tier shelf then it would let you have more space to place items which would be better functionally! (also pls ignore my chord management i know its awful lmaooo) ... show more

This is exactly what you would expect; particle-board style shelves with plastic tube supports that are recessed into the boards to allow each upper tube to screw into it, sandwiching the shelf within. The only issue is that the top has three small flat pieces that are supposed to also screw into the female end of the support tubes under the top shelf - but there's no real way to get a grip on those flat-top pieces to tighten them fully. So, you tighten them until you can't grip any more, and go about your way. Aside from that, and knowing you won't really be able to stack really heavy items in such a small space, it's a great little shelf to stick knick-knacks on in the corner. ... show more

I love this little shelf! I was looking for a little table to put by my door so that if I was carrying things into the house, I could set something down (like a drink), open the door, and then pick it back up. I didn't need anything fancy as this is just sitting in my breezeway. This is perfect. Great for small spaces. Just an FYI, the rods are plastic. This little shelf is lightweight. Just be aware that it feels cheap but honestly I think it looks nice and it's pretty sturdy. It was SUPER easy to put together. The only reason I think I'm going keep this is because I've already taken it to work and assembled it there and don't feel like unassembling it and taking back home to return... My biggest issue is that the underside is raw, with no color (as you see in the picture). Which is fine if it's sitting on the floor, but on my desk I can see the the difference. The tubes are plastic and thread together, but I found them hard to twist. On an even surface it's still a little wobbly, if this was on my floor at home with pets around it wouldn't work. ... show more

We're a house of 4 girls and we each have our own brand of laundry detergent, so it's very useful because it fits well in the corner of a small area. My only problem is that it's not super sturdy (it tends to lean forward), but once we propped up the bottom with an old doorstop it was fine.
