I love this little shelf! I was looking for a little table to put by my door so that if I was carrying things into the house, I could set something down (like a drink), open the door, and then pick it back up. I didn't need anything fancy as this is just sitting in my breezeway. This is perfect. Great for small spaces. Just an FYI, the rods are plastic. This little shelf is lightweight. Just be aware that it feels cheap but honestly I think it looks nice and it's pretty sturdy. It was SUPER easy to put together. The only reason I think I'm going keep this is because I've already taken it to work and assembled it there and don't feel like unassembling it and taking back home to return... My biggest issue is that the underside is raw, with no color (as you see in the picture). Which is fine if it's sitting on the floor, but on my desk I can see the the difference. The tubes are plastic and thread together, but I found them hard to twist. On an even surface it's still a little wobbly, if this was on my floor at home with pets around it wouldn't work. ... show more

I have several of these corner units around my apartment. Two pink, two black and now two in soft blue. Easy way to add more color to a space. These are corner units are definitely my favorite Furinno shelves. (I also have a few of the three and five shelf units to display game consoles and other collectibles.) The corner shelves have the rounded edge pointed outward which looks really clean. They also sit well on top of other items and fit in small spaces (like behind my TV). Just dont try to move them with weighty items on the shelf. I broke a big shelf a few years ago thinking it would be fine. I still have it, just shorter now. I've bought so many shelves. Makes me kind of wish there was a way to become an official Furinno spokesperson. =___=;; ... show more

I bought this to utilize the small corner I have to display figures (may update the picture to include them later). The figures I have aren’t heavy so I didn’t need it to be super sturdy. But if you plan to use it for heavier items, I’d highly suggest securing it to the wall for additional support. I knocked off a star just for sturdiness because I have carpet (and possibly uneven floors underneath) so it’s very obviously leaning. If you plan on using this on a carpeted surface, I’d suggest a wall anchor for more security, ESPECIALLY if you plan to put some heavier stuff on it. Extremely easy to set up. Easy to assemble; just make sure you tighten all posts firmly and double check at the end. A hook is included to add some support at the top of the stand In order to make sure it doesn’t fall away from the wall. I’m not using the hook, as long as it’s used for mostly display and not much will be around to knock it over the hook might not be needed. I currently have a drink, fake plant with one of those lamp candles, and an Amazon Alexa. For the price, I did not expect upscale furniture. But I did expect my order to be intact. Sadly, the bottom shelf was chipped on one side and split across. It was not worth the bother of returning it, so I taped the split on top and bottom. The split was across the hole for the front decorative plug, so that helps to stabilize it. The “repair” will be essentially hidden by my usage. I couldn’t tell when the damage occurred. My delivery driver handed it to me. I saw him take it off the truck cautiously. The box was pretty soiled from transit and had a small corresponding dent, but it didn’t look like it would have been part of the problem. The impact must have been pretty strong to cause the damage. There was no padding of any kind in the box to prevent damage. Sadly that may have prevented it. I have received other items of particle board that use cardboard as padding and it works well. The box would need to be larger to accommodate that. I gues it probably boils down to pinching pennies for profit. I was pleased, however, with the ease of assembly. I was able to do it in abt 10 minutes…not counting the repair…from a wheelchair with a couple of dogs trying to be nosy. So, was it good for the price? Yes, as long as you are not planning to load on a lot of heavy weight. Does it look good? Yes, as long as you are looking for something utilitarian. ... show more

It is what I ordered and works perfectly for what I need. It is smaller and the poles are made of plastic but pretty sturdy when put together. No tools required and goes together in about 5 min. The wood is laminated partially board so don't get it wet or have it in a high humidity area. All in all for the price I would buy again. ... show more

This 5 tier shelf serves it's purpose! I use it for my funko pops and it works great, the shelf utilizes vertical space well without so much floor space which is what I was looking for. The shelf requires no tools for assembly and instructions are straight forward. Assembly takes approximately 10 minutes, the only caviat is the shelf cannot hold allot of weight or sustain damage.
