Update #2 I assembled it today after receiving hardware from manufacturer and I put it together by myself it wasn’t hard just time consuming. I am completely satisfied with my used purchase. Not with Amazon however who absolutely did nothing to resolve my issue. And sold me a used product without checking if everything was in the box. The manufacturer gets a standing O. update: I ordered the parts directly from the manufacturer and they only cost me 5.50 super happy they responded and made it easy. Haven’t put it together yet but hopefully this weekend I bought this used. Said it comes in original packaging which it did. Super heavy for one person to bring into the house. Got everything out of box and no hardware or wooden dowels to put it together so now I have a bunch of wood sitting in my living room with no way to put it together. I emailed company on 5/29 and they said they would contact me when the request was processed still haven’t heard anything. I want my living room to be finished not my tv sitting on totes :( ... show more

Obsessed! You can have the fireplace on with or without heat. It heats up my small bedroom so nicely and is a great night light. Lots of storage. Putting it together was confusing but I got thru it. Best purchase ever.

Our TV is 75" and it fit perfectly. Great ambiance with the built-in fireplace. It was a little tricky putting it together. We put some parts together backwards and had to start-over, but I wouldn't think it impacts overall product satisfaction at all.

Instructions were confusing, so my bottom board is on backwards, but overall I'm happy with the purchase. I use the heater as often as I can because it adds ambience to my living room as well. Most units similar sell for twice as much, but the shelving configuration worked best for me!

This is a great product. Love the fire place and can even use the heater. My Frenchie move his bed in front of it cause he likes to looked at the "fire". Only took my fmdaughter and granddaughter 3 hours to put together cause they looked the instructions wrong. Lol

This is an awesome stand...as long as you don't mind open face shelves, because the doors do not fit properly. No matter what we did, there was a 1" gap between the outer edge of the door and the side of the shelf, and one door had a bigger gap at the closure than the other door. The whole rest of the stand is perfect and beautiful. But I opted to just remove the doors because of how bad the gaps looked. Which is ok, except the big holes where the hinges are supposed to be. It's nice that the display has a separate switch than the heater. So I can have the "fireplace effect" even if I don't need to heat up the room. ... show more

I absolutely love this stand. I didn't put together, so I can't say from a personal standpoint how difficult it was to put together but the person that did put it together stated it was between easy and medium difficulty. By that definition, grab a friend or relative, building with another person makes any job easier. Also the raised platform was the selling point. I can place controller charge docks, digital clock, and knick knacks underneath. I just wish it came with a remote and brightness settings, and by that I mean I wish the fireplace itself was a tad bit brighter. You might also realize the fireplace is rather small than you expected, but let it grow on you. The bigger it is, the more distracting it can be when watching a movie. It's actually a cute little fireplace. So yeah look no further, get this one. It looks great! I would buy it again in another life time! PS the 3D preview is incorrect on the backside. There is no back board, that's where the fireplace console is placed and the wire feeds outward to. ... show more
