Sturdy and simple to build- took about 30 min by myself. However it is slightly too small for a 55inch tv. The tv legs are on the very edge but I would rather just deal with it instead of taking it apart to return it. Just wish it was a little taller/longer.

Wow! It is nice and surprisingly sturdy. I assembled this by myself and I had a time. The first time around I got the frame together and realized I had the whole thing backwards so I undid the screws and turned the boards the right way. Finally it was time to put the fireplace in and I had the hardest time trying to get those small screws in the slot and screw them in. The space is so tight. However I overcame all those obstacles 3 hours later. It probably would be a little easy for 2 people that can understand directions and use common sense to assemble. Love the TV stand but there were some issues with putting it together, I can't seem to get the heater screwed in there's just not room to put the screws in with a screw driver so I just placed it in it's area and adjust it if it gets pushed back. Besides that it was ok to assemble not easy but not super hard. I love the fireplace and heater works great. I have a 550sqft studio and it works just fine to hear the area in front of the couch. ... show more

It was pretty easy for my friend to put together and works really nice, however after taking everything out and as it was almost put together, he we found a dent on the top. At that point, I just said finish it, I will repair the dent. It would be a bitch to return anyway. Radiates pretty good heat in my apartment.
